This was the single greatest car shopping experience of my life ever. Everything you see, Carvana delivers. It took a couple minutes to get financing approved and 10-15 minutes to DocuSign all the document my life ever. Everything you see, Carvana delivers. My car came delivered on a Carvana flatbed truck, I took it for a test drive, signed the documents left in the car. Handed them to the delivery driver and the car was mine. The next day, I noticed the headliner was sagging and Carvana covered the repair 100% and allowed me to take the car to a certified interior shop. This has been the most professional, customer-friendly experience ever. I had 7 days to have the car checked out and serviced to make sure everything was great. I can’t wait to get the headliner repaired next week and enjoy my car. I have since recommended Carvana to everyone I see. I was hesitant to buy online, but with a seven day return period, why not? I was looking for a black Audi S5 with brown leather ventilated seats and found one in WI, MI, TX, & MD. I ended up purchasing through Carvana because of their return policy, free door to door delivery, and clean, low mileage vehicle. It was going to cost me $785 to ship one from WI. I am an extremely picky, detailed buyer and Carvana delivered 110%. No exaggeration. I couldn’t be any happier and will seriously plan to buy my next vehcile(s) through Carvana.
