The Carvana driver has already verified all my docs and the realized I didn’t have a DMV paper copy of the title. After he called his supervisor who was able to get on the Arizona DMV website and verified a clean title in my name with no leans I was told due to not having that paper title was going to be a deal breaker. I spent the next 4 hrs being bounced around to unhelpful people within the Carvana organization all touting the same antiquated company policy, no paper title no deal. The silly thing is The state of Arizona has a very simple process to transfer your title to an individual or dealership online, this transaction takes 24 hours to complete start to finish. I offed this solution to every person I was transferred to on my 4 hours on the Carvana merry go round phone ride just to be quoted there antiquated policy. The state of Arizona has adopted the online service to transfer title the only other option to obtain your title or copy of your title can take up to 3 weeks after applying to receive by mail. Carvanas stiffed neck approach to customer service and inability to be dynamic in their problem-solving in situations such as this is absolutely absurd. I have purchased many vehicles locally and have never been put through the ringer over trivial speed bumps that can easily solved when your people are dynamic. In the time I spent being bounced around from unhelpful person to person it is clear Carvana is an extremely dysfunctional organization. More

All in all a good experience representatives were all friendly, helpful , and knowledgeable answered any and all questions that I had. I picked out a car and upon their inspection of the vehicle they sug friendly, helpful , and knowledgeable answered any and all questions that I had. I picked out a car and upon their inspection of the vehicle they suggested that I pick out another vehicle so I did and it had a couple of issues they took care of it and quickly got the vehicle to me making sure all was good. They even gave me a nice gift for my inconvenience for having to wait. I would purchase another vehicle from them and recommend Carvana for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Car arrived clean and on time. Sergio took the initiative to find wheel lock and was very positive about the fun of the purchase. The best part was how fast and quickly the process was. Best Car Buying Experience I was so scared to purchase a car online. I was surprised that the pictures of the car were so detailed, and pointed out every flaw the car had. Once I had a confirmed delivery date I loved the count down text messages that were sent to me. Felt more like a bestfriend that was as excited as I was for my new car to arrive. On the day of deliver Frank was Awesome. The imperfection Carvana point out online were barely visible. My car (Sophia) had a full tank and she was as clean as a whistle inside and out. As an added bonus the Cavana souvenir cup has become my favorite cup. For me it was the little things that the great staff did to make this process as smooth and as stress free as possible. WOW, great experience I have never bought a used car but plenty of new with all the hassles and extra costs thrown in every step of the way. Carvana made it easy, I choose what I want don't have to haggle with the price or the extended coverage etc. I paid 2500 less for the vehicle compared to two dealerships near me with almost the same offerings on the same vehicle.Great job Carvana, I would only ask to have a way to get back with sales advocate or whomever sends emails for any questions one would have. More
