This is my second Carvana purchase and unfortunately this purchase was not as smooth as my first. They are working to fix issues with paint. Very easy transaction. Aside from some minor registration paperwork confusion with Carvana customer service which was quickly resolved, everything was seamless. Easy experience, but not happy with how the car arrived. Overall, buying from from Carvana was an easy and pleasant experience. We got to drive the car before signing anything and walked around the vehicle looking for things that were not mentioned in the listing. I have 2 gripes. (minus 1 star) 1. Why would you deliver the vehicle with two tires low on air causing a dash light and one of the TPMS sensors not even working. That is a major inconvenience. 2. While the paint looked nice, the rest of the vehicle was poorly cleaned. Streak marks that I could barely see through on every glass surface and the interior panels looked like they were cleaned with dirty water. Just annoying, if you're going to clean the vehicle and brag about your detailing it before delivery, do it right. More

A great way to buy a car After reading a plethora of negative online reviews, I was hesitant to go the Carvana route. But given their 7-day test drive, and taking into accoun After reading a plethora of negative online reviews, I was hesitant to go the Carvana route. But given their 7-day test drive, and taking into account the other advantages Carvana offers, I decided to give it a try. The worst thing that could happen was I'd return the car and eat the $400 shipping fee. That would be painful, but it wasn't a deal killer. I was looking for a very specific vehicle/option package, one that would take time to find in the local market, even though our local market is big (SF Bay Area). The Covid lockdown would've probably made it very difficult. Carvana had exactly the right car, and at a great price. Most importantly, the car that arrived was exactly as it had been described on the website- no unpleasant surprises. They make the paperwork/title/smog process as painless as possible. (It helped that I paid cash and didn't have a trade-in). Carvana reps called me a few times during the process, bringing me up to date and asking if I had any questions. All were pleasant and helpful. At no point did anyone try to push the optional service contracts, which I had declined when I ordered the car. My one quibble is that the car arrived with mismatched tires- Michelin in front, "National Duration" (very little info about this brand available) in back. Still, they were all new or nearly new tires, so I'm not gonna make an issue about that. Yes, I would buy a car from Carvana again, and would recommend them to family and friends. More
