Solid Car But Carvana Process Lacks Attention to Detail I was very pleased with the overall condition of the car I received from Carvana, however the dealer prep process needs better quality control. The vehicle I received accurately reflected what was advertised in the Carvana listing, however Carvana lost one of two keys and then delivered the car without either a state safety or emissions inspection as is required in Virginia. In addition, The car was also delivered without a front license plate bracket. I didn't appreciate the fact that Carvana's only response was to tell me to get the work done on my own and submit for reimbursement. My loss of time was significant, and Carvana's reimbursement process is both cumbersome and extremely slow. Carvana has become over-reliant on simply telling customers with issues that Carvana should have resolved prior to delivery to submit a claim through SilverRock, Carvana's warranty partner. This sales process needs a lot of improvement. More

Dealing with Carvana was an amazing experience. My wife was able to schedule the delivery of our Hyundai and we had reviewed the vehicle from the great assortment of photos and had the car delivered for ou was able to schedule the delivery of our Hyundai and we had reviewed the vehicle from the great assortment of photos and had the car delivered for our test drive and received all the papers to sign within just a few days. It was the best car buying experience I have had. They were very conscientious about the no contact policy. Everyone is helpful and available with a number to call anytime. Very good service. They handle pretty much everything for you and I loved the 7 day trial period with the option to trade in for a different vehicle if I felt this one was not a good fit. We are definitely utilizing carvana again for our next purchase and I am recommending them to everyone I know. I also loved the cute travel cup that came with the car. Extremely satisfied with this dealer. More

Only negative thing was an unfortunate week's delay in delivery due to a transportation issue but it ended up being totally fine. Every person I've spoken to at Carvana has been friendly and helpful. The team I spoke over the phone were nothing less than awesome. Even after the sale, they replaced my windshield which even if they didn’t, I was fine too. The chip was small and didn’t cracked the glass yet they paid for a new one. Only issue is my front camera is not working, nothing to do with Carvana, more so with Safelite. If you are in the market for a car, this is the place to shop. I was skeptical at first because my credit is not good due to a life changing situation I had last year and the local dealership, two of them told me they couldn’t approve me and a third one wanted a whole bunch of money down on a car that was 3 yrs older than the one I just purchased at Carvana. Plus so many features the other vehicle didn’t had. I would give Carvana and the team a 10 stars ⭐️ review if I could! Thank you, thank you, thank you!! More

The first car delivered to me was not what I wanted and it was absolutely no problem switching it out for my dream car - a 2015 Ford C-Max with only 39,000 miles! Once I had the C-max I tested it for seven days - even took it to AAA to have a pre-purchase check - it was in great shape with new oil, new fluids, tires in great shape - the car was in perfect condition! I can't say enough wonderful things about this entire experience. seriously. I would volunteer to talk to anyone about this experience. Do it! It's the only way to buy a car in my experience. The one thing I would mention is that you need to have the kind of car you want in mind - that's all. I wanted my C-Max but got a Ford Focus first because the payments were lower because the car was less expensive, but the Ford Focus wasn't what I wanted so I got the C-Max for a *very* reasonable good price and it was fully loaded too! It's my dream car and I couldn't be happier - both with the car and with Carvana! More
