Carvana’s robo response is ironic considering how many times I called seeking resolution and didn’t get it. I’ll be honestly rating my experience on every platform so other buyers can make informed and educated decisions. In reading other reviews, I was disappointed to see how many buyers had the same experience of purchasing a vehicle with so many mechanical issues. My last Carvana car was to the dealership 3x in the first 120 days. I think I put 100 miles on it during that time. After the 4th time, with impending transmission issues forthcoming, I got rid of it. Buyer beware.
