Hello Carvana Corporate, Tomorrow 04-29-2020 I will be taking the car to the same dealership that I have taken all of my cars to since 2005. The dealership was the place that found the vehicle needing the alignment and the wheel repaired/replaced. I will gladly pay the $50.00 out of network deductible as I do not mind knowing 100% for certain they will use factory parts and not LKQ knock-offs. Should everything go as I was emailed I will gladly update my review to reflect the efforts of those that have gone above and beyond the call of duty to ensure their customers are treated right. It will still not change the fact I was lied to, then told that I was a liar. I even asked to bring the police department to pull video tapes to see that I pointed out all of the damage with the representative present prior to even receiving the keys for the first time. Updates to follow based on further experiences.
