This process was pretty easy. They made everything as user friendly as possible and were quick to get back to us. When we received the car there were a bunch more imperfections then in discription. But they are trying to make it right. We took it to get serviced due to system light coming on and Safelight is headed out today to fix chips in windshield. No cost to us. Car isn't that old and doesn't have that many miles and price was fabulous as it's totally loaded with options. More

Great job at first, but then.... things turn for the worse At frist, I found Carvana to be execptionally amazing. Everything is smooth and quick moving. While you are in the process of getting your vehicle and At frist, I found Carvana to be execptionally amazing. Everything is smooth and quick moving. While you are in the process of getting your vehicle and the dealership obtaining your money it all seems amazing with Customer service. The vehicle was delivered to the location I needed to go see it at, upon arriving there was more damage than what was reported on the site, I didn't mind too much at first because it was what appeared to be minor stuff. Regardless, before even taking the keys from the agent at the location I asked the representative to walk with me. I found the front right passenger wheel had 2 scuffs, the bumper was pushed out of place and some other nick nacks. The agent said he would write it in his report and I asked him if I can obtain a copy, I was told everything would be online and not to worry. Took the car in for the factory recall to the dealership of the manufacturer and they performed a quick visual inspection and recommeneded performing some warranty related work and in lieu of this they found the car needed an alignment and the wheel to be out of harmony. I promptly contacted Carvana and their immediate response is NO take the care to one of our dealers not yours or you'll have to pay a $50.00 deductible. then it change to a no, the car did not have this damage you caused it. then a claim denied. After hours and hours of asking for video footage of my pointing it out in the dealership showing that I pointed to the agent that I spotted the damage, asked for it to be reported then being told, you never did any of that. It just signifies that all this dealer wants is to take your money and turn their back on you as quickly as possible. My advise any time you have to deal with anyone at carvana, take video footage, request a written statement, and have proof because they will gladly deny your requests and not even allow you to defend yourself appropriately. More

I received my vehicle a week ago, and it arrived with imperfections on the car and in the car that wasn’t indicated online prior to purchasing it. Although I have no interest in returning the car or gett imperfections on the car and in the car that wasn’t indicated online prior to purchasing it. Although I have no interest in returning the car or getting my money back for the vehicle, I think it’s extremely dishonest to not indicate these imperfections on the website and neglecting to fix them prior to delivering the car to me is egregious. Delightful Experience!!!! I recently bought a 2017 Toyota from Carvana and it was the easiest process! The process was super quick/easy and the employees were very helpful. The car actually looked better than I thought it was going to. I also traded in my old truck and that couldn't have gone any better as well. The only thing I would say, is that I wish the imperfections listed had better pictures; it was a little hard to see some of the details on the car. Overall, a great experience. Would definitely recommend to others. More
