I purchased a three year old very gently used GMC pick up. Carvana's up front and transparent disclosure of vehicle condition was spot on! The touchless delivery service was impressive and convenient. Thomas delivered right on time and was very courteous. Carvana's frequent communication and customer service calls were great! They seem to have thought of everything. I may never darken the door of a conventional dealership again! More

Poorly Executed. Dings/chips not pictured. Bad Communication I don't normally place bad reviews. Most of my experiences are positive. Carvana has a UX (user experience) problem for sure. After everything I asked for a manager to call before the 7 day return expiration. Crickets. If I got a call there was no voice message. Very disappointed. Carvana markets a more expensive premium service...without the premium service. I could have purchased my car for $2k less easily. You buy with very few images of the car, inside and out. Obvious issues are NOT pictured in the listing. You think they do, because of the they show some "minor imperfections" as though that was it. There is no advanced pick up check-list with requirements like insurance coverage, address, pick up date, etc. While trying to find something like a check list on the app the day prior, my app had a message that said "see you today" which totally threw me off and i panicked to figure it out. Never did. Just kept the original schedule. I paid $32k in cash for a Mercedes and they required proof of comprehensive insurance before I could take possession, which wasn't communicated in advance, and not required by law for a paid-for-car. I found out it is required by carvana to cover their car for the 7 day return period. Get that? I had to pay for insurance for what is essentially their car. It was in the middle of Covid-19 crisis and they were taking precautions. The sales guy wore a mask as did I. Twice when trying to fina a vin number he looked over my shoulder and put his face within 1-2 feet of mine. After I told him not to do that. And I have heart disease and diabetes. He could have hurt someone badly. Turns out there is no Vin number listed on the "my car" summary on the app, or anywhere else on the app. The sales guy argued with me and then figured out that it was on the original listing...which was on the site still I guess. Even though I purchased it. Who knew? The vin is required to purchase insurance that is also required... that I didn't know about. He also wanted proof of money in my account. Even though I allowed for a cash withdrawal for the car. After an hour or more in the space with this guy breathing on me, he pulled the car out and told me I was ready to go. I kew it was supposed to be a "touch-less transaction" but asked if there wasn't some paperwork to take along? He had to audacity to throw it back at me by saying that I was supposed to have taken some blue folder I knew nothing about. I almost left without the paperwork. After all that, when it was time to put the coin in the big vending machine, I didn't even want to look at it. Total disappointment. Ive scheduled the car to have the dings taken out. Don't know if the chrome peeling off can be repaired. I couldn't in good faith do it again, or recommend this company. No Stars for you CarniVana. Not expecting that call either. Oh. One key fob was broken. no back. no battery. Said they would replace it. Crickets More

Even though I could have not even made a down payment I am still very thankful that I did because it saved me some money on my monthly payments. The only complaint, in doing this they have not stayed with their quality control of the sale and delivery of the cars. The jaguar we bought fully online financed and all, came scratched on the top like someone had put down a clipboard or similar and dragged it of the car leaving many scratches. The interior was sprayed down but not wiped up so there was spots of dried disinfectant all over the gauge screen and being the steering wheel. Both key fobs had a dead battery in them and the tires were not aired properly giving a warning on the dash. You would think selling cars these easy things would make customers rate a five star every time. All that being said Thank you Carvana. More

I purchased a van from Carvana and I'm not sure if I would again. There are far more scratches on the exterior and damage to the interior than reported. I think they used a cheap paint to cover up scratches, and even rust, that wore off after the 7 days was up. About day 10 of having the van it started leaking oil and it failed emissions. This van has been in the shop more than any of my other cars put together. The process was easy but I'm not sure it was worth it. More
