Lack of communication methods I tried to buy a car from carvana in the beginning of April. 22 days later I called because I was very upset because my car never arrived. They told m I tried to buy a car from carvana in the beginning of April. 22 days later I called because I was very upset because my car never arrived. They told me that my phone was not working and my phone company is the one to blame. This is ridiculous because they have my email, postal address and phone number and i never received a call or any form of communication from them after i signup paperwork and gave my bank information. I believe carvana employees are poorly trained in customer service and satisfaction. They canceled my order and I have to go somewhere else to get a car. during this crisis time they proved to be a scam dealer. More

Total let down. The car looked great online and passed it's 150 point inspection with flying colors. After accepting it I discovered several items had been misrepres The car looked great online and passed it's 150 point inspection with flying colors. After accepting it I discovered several items had been misrepresented. Sound system sounded horrible with several non functioning speaker, ("Audio System-Radio/CD/Telephone audio inputs, speaker operation, PASSED." -Carvana) The manual transmission clunked in and out of second and third gear, (" Automatic/manual transmission shift, paddle shift feature, PASSED." -Carvana) The battery box lid wasn't attached and was free to float around the engine compartment due to a non oem battery hold down, ("Battery (condition, fluid level, load test, PASSED." - Carvana) They refused to correct the issues and insisted my only remedy was to return the vehicle. They picked it up this morning. the process was easy and the delivery / pick-up people were great. More

The whole process from start to finish was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I had my approvals in under 5 mins and from there it was shopping for what I wanted. Delivery was outstanding and the 7 day test own beats AMAZING!! I had my approvals in under 5 mins and from there it was shopping for what I wanted. Delivery was outstanding and the 7 day test own beats the 7 minute test drive ANY DAY!!! The vehicle was EXACTLY as described and definitely what I had been searching for. I definitely recommend this buying experience over the old spend a day at the dealership. I shopped from my couch and that in itself is waaaaay more comfy than those delership chairs anyday!! More

I loved this process so much! My first purchase of a car at a dealership was terrifying and the seller kept talking to me and it felt super overwhelming and I honestly feel like I paid way more than what it at a dealership was terrifying and the seller kept talking to me and it felt super overwhelming and I honestly feel like I paid way more than what it was worth, but with Carvana you don’t have someone hovering over you trying to talk you into buying anything! You get to make your decisions and it’s amazing!! The car arrived very quickly and they even offered to have it delivered earlier if I was able to accept it! The person who delivered my car was a nice guy named “Will”? It was like a week ago, I’m not 100% sure that was his name but he came wearing a mask (because of Covid) and he sanitized the interior of the car before I got in. He was super kind and make the transaction really easy! I love you guys!! Thank you so much!! More

I loved my experience with carvana. Even with the delay from covid-19 they made sure to keep me 100% updated with my deliver and even called me when the state reopened to deliver early. I would rate 5 stars but there were a few minor cosmetic things not noted online but it wasn't anything to serious. I would recommend this company to others and definitely plan on returning for future service. Customer service was amazing and answered every question I had.
