I waited until they listed the color and low mileage I wanted and then it was mine with a click of a button....well, there were a few more steps, but it was a painless process all around. The one disappointment was that we had wanted to pick up the car from the vending machine nearest us but due to COVID-19, the vending machine was closed. But home delivery was also so pleasant. Brianna, the driver arrived exactly on time and abided by all the COVID-19 contact-less protocols. Then the car was mine! And the 7-day return policy put my mind at ease knowing if I didn't like it, I could return it. But we love our new electric "toy." What a game-changer! Thanks Carvana! More
