- I'm not surprised that you can't find my account when you had my trade-in for 3 hours before I asked for it to be returned and, you can't find that either. This is in regards to Vehicle ID 1420492. - I've called the 800 number twice a day, everyday days this week. After half an hour on hold, my info is taken and I'm told I'll be called back when they know something. Still waiting for someone to know something. - This is not the refund process that was explained to me a week ago when I returned the vehicle, and is not how it's outlined in your terms. I was only told 3-5 days. Had expectations been set a week ago, I would be much happier right now. - If my trade-in is lost or damaged, I will gladly sell it to you for fair market value, but I do not appreciate continually being strung along.
