Definitely the best way to buy a car!! My Infiniti Q50 looked brand new. The delivery driver called me prior informing me that he will clean and disinfect the car due to Covid-19 concerns. He literally took an hour to thoroughly clean the entire inside of the vehicle. When the vehicle arrived, my Infiniti looked so brand new that I forgot it was used. LOL. They also took care of my registration and plates with the DMV being that I’m in New York. I will purchase from Carvana again!! Even my co-worker is getting a vehicle from Carvana as well. More

Fantastic Expieriance I was involved in a no-fault accident, someone hit me and totaled my car, I was left with very little money and no car at the start of Covid19, My wif I was involved in a no-fault accident, someone hit me and totaled my car, I was left with very little money and no car at the start of Covid19, My wife was scheduled for a major back operation in another city, and no way to get her there. I had ordered a vehicle that I liked from another dealer and the car was being shipped to my dealer in my city when all businesses shut down. I was forced to try Carvana and I am extremely happy that I did. They found the same type, color and year car that I wanted with fewer miles, the telephone associates were so helpful and walked me through every easy step to set up the purchase. They delivered my car on time the day I was expecting it. Gave me an hour to drive it to inspect it and look it over. If I decided not to purchase the driver would have just taken the car back but I loved it. driver finalized the paperwork and the car was mine, at this point I had 7 days to return it for a full refund if I decided not to buy it. I found an issue that I was not sure they would fix and they fixed that without one argument and without any money out of my pocket. I would recommend this experience to anyone they turned a bad situation into a fun amazing experience. I am a happy customer. Thank you, Carvana More

Horrible experience at every turn We took delivery of the vehicle Saturday morning. Upon inspection that afternoon, it was clear our "no accident" car had some pretty questionable repa We took delivery of the vehicle Saturday morning. Upon inspection that afternoon, it was clear our "no accident" car had some pretty questionable repair work done. There was horrible overspray and some moulding had been removed and replace, breaking about half the clips in the process. This was a fairly new car and not cheap, so that was a dealbreaker. We called that afternoon, saying we wanted to return the car. First we schedule a pickup for Monday morning, but then once they realized we we also need the trade-in back, so they pushed it to Tuesday. Tuesday morning comes, and they come pick-up the vehicle, but explain that they 'accidently' loaded up our trade last night and shipped it 'somewhere.' As of today, no one I've talked to knows where it is or has an ETA on getting it back. The best part is that this is a cash deal, and they withdrew the full amount from my account Monday, even though we started the return Saturday. As of right now they have my money and my car, and no one seems to know when I'm getting either back. Everyone we've spoken to has been really nice an apologetic, but they seem systemically incompetent. After several calls today, no one can actually figure out how refunds works, either. While they were able to debit my account the same business day, a refund takes 3-5, and no one seems to know when the 3-5 days actually starts from, or if the refund as even been initiated. UPDATED: Carvana has re-listed the vehicle as "accident free" knowing full well that it has had significant repair work - https://www.carvana.com/vehicle/1420492. More
