Carvana’s business model sounds good in theory and would work if they were an honest and ethical company, but based on my experience with them and all of the terrible reviews they have received, this is jus work if they were an honest and ethical company, but based on my experience with them and all of the terrible reviews they have received, this is just not the case. Carvana gave me an offer to buy my car and backed out of the deal at the last second saying that the market for used cars is not good right now because of the coronavirus. I was told by multiple employees that the offer would still be good as long as I had an appointment with them to sell my car. This turned out to be a lie. Now that Carvana weaseled out of the deal, I am stuck with 2 cars, 2 car payments, and nowhere to park the second car. These people will totally screw you over if it benefits them. Doing business with Carvana is like playing Russian Roulette; you may come out okay, but you also have a good chance of being totally screwed. I will never do business with them again and will tell everyone I know to stay away from this terrible company. More

From beginning to end i didnt have to stress about anything. Completely open with me on options and policies and procedures. Disappointing first purchase I had an easy experience finding a vehicle that I was interested in. I did the purchase and was excited. I had to pay extra for a 3rd party delivery company because I was too far away. Then, I found out that I had to pay a Lyft to get to a location to pick up my car because the driver wasn't willing to come to my home. I had major surgery 2 days before my delivery because I have breast cancer. Unfortunately, i did not have any control over when my vehicle was coming. I managed to get there and pick up my vehicle. The delivery driver took pictures and then left. I got home and worked on my recovery. I did not drive the vehicle at all because I was healing. When I finally got to actually drive the vehicle, I discovered that it had a terrible odor. It was like spoiled milk. There were also several obvious body defects that were not shown in the online photo. The inside was tidy but had dog hair in the carpet. There were also pieces missing inside. I tried calling to discuss these things but every time I was on hold waiting for an associate, it would disconnect me. I tried multiple times over a few days. I finally reached someone and it was 2 days outside of my 7 day return window so I was told that I was basically out of luck because I could have been responsible for all of the stuff that was wrong. Now, I am stuck with a vehicle that I am so unhappy with and do not have any options. I'm sure if I tried to trade it in to Carvana, they would offer substantially less than they sold it to me for. I am very upset because this is my first vehicle purchase in 3 years due to my illness. I would caution anyone that is considering purchasing through here to be aware that the vehicle condition will probably be less than advertised on the website. More
