Wow. Obviously just an auto reply type response. It is not specific to my account really. The post sales team did nothing to address my concerns other than tell me I was basically out of luck. I really hope that nobody there ever has to go through the health issues that I’ve had to go through. Because I was a few days outside of that seven day window due to my health conditions and their inconsistent phone system, I am stuck with a horrible vehicle. I will never use Carvana again and I will strongly advise against it if I know anyone that is contemplating using it. The customer service is definitely lacking and obviously reading from a script.
