Originally skeptical Now I have heard about Carvana for a while through ads and thing on the internet, and thought it was a pretty neat concept ( this is what we have and Now I have heard about Carvana for a while through ads and thing on the internet, and thought it was a pretty neat concept ( this is what we have and this is what we are willing to do business for approach). As I have never been much of a haggler type when it comes to cars even though you can fetch a good price if you know what your doing. Pass car loan caused most dealers to have a hard time getting me into something I actually wanted so thought why not give this a try ( after all 7days money back right?). After finding a few cars in my price range and going through the process, all which was easy save verifying the down payment in the bank which had to do over the phone was a bit of a drag. However after that was out of the way was pretty much smooth sailing, the car showed up on the day it was supposed to and was detailed from head to toe and looked a lot better in person then it did in it’s 360 walk around onLine. The driver was nice and able to answer my questions and even allowed me a quick spin around the block to make sure I was okay with taking it for the seven days. That same day I did have to take it to a Chevy dealer for an alignment which was missed some how, but they did cover it since I had just gotten it and it was something that really should have been double checked prior too. After having that done it going pretty swell and looking forward to pleasing experience going forwards. More

Carvana’s business model sounds good in theory and would work if they were an honest and ethical company, but based on my experience with them and all of the terrible reviews they have received, this is jus work if they were an honest and ethical company, but based on my experience with them and all of the terrible reviews they have received, this is just not the case. Carvana gave me an offer to buy my car and backed out of the deal at the last second saying that the market for used cars is not good right now because of the coronavirus. I was told by multiple employees that the offer would still be good as long as I had an appointment with them to sell my car. This turned out to be a lie. Now that Carvana weaseled out of the deal, I am stuck with 2 cars, 2 car payments, and nowhere to park the second car. These people will totally screw you over if it benefits them. Doing business with Carvana is like playing Russian Roulette; you may come out okay, but you also have a good chance of being totally screwed. I will never do business with them again and will tell everyone I know to stay away from this terrible company. More

From beginning to end i didnt have to stress about anything. Completely open with me on options and policies and procedures. Not to mention when i got my car it went from a normal delivery to a contac anything. Completely open with me on options and policies and procedures. Disappointing first purchase I had an easy experience finding a vehicle that I was interested in. I did the purchase and was excited. I had to pay extra for a 3rd party delivery I had an easy experience finding a vehicle that I was interested in. I did the purchase and was excited. I had to pay extra for a 3rd party delivery company because I was too far away. Then, I found out that I had to pay a Lyft to get to a location to pick up my car because the driver wasn't willing to come to my home. I had major surgery 2 days before my delivery because I have breast cancer. Unfortunately, i did not have any control over when my vehicle was coming. I managed to get there and pick up my vehicle. The delivery driver took pictures and then left. I got home and worked on my recovery. I did not drive the vehicle at all because I was healing. When I finally got to actually drive the vehicle, I discovered that it had a terrible odor. It was like spoiled milk. There were also several obvious body defects that were not shown in the online photo. The inside was tidy but had dog hair in the carpet. There were also pieces missing inside. I tried calling to discuss these things but every time I was on hold waiting for an associate, it would disconnect me. I tried multiple times over a few days. I finally reached someone and it was 2 days outside of my 7 day return window so I was told that I was basically out of luck because I could have been responsible for all of the stuff that was wrong. Now, I am stuck with a vehicle that I am so unhappy with and do not have any options. I'm sure if I tried to trade it in to Carvana, they would offer substantially less than they sold it to me for. I am very upset because this is my first vehicle purchase in 3 years due to my illness. I would caution anyone that is considering purchasing through here to be aware that the vehicle condition will probably be less than advertised on the website. More
