Overall, the experience I had with Carvana was good, better than the experiences I’ve had with other dealerships but there were a few things that I wish would have been better to make it a standout expe better than the experiences I’ve had with other dealerships but there were a few things that I wish would have been better to make it a standout experience. Finding the car I wanted was a little difficult but that’s because I was very particular, nothing wrong with the site itself. Once I did find the car I wanted, I went through the preorder process and put my deposit down, $100 refundable. The car took about 10 or 15 days to finally become available for purchase and once I looked over the details I went through with the purchase. The down payment was low and I was thrilled to find that the terms I was preapproved for didn’t change and I signed all the necessary documents. This is where some of the problem started. I didn’t realize that I would be paying a few hundred dollars for delivery because I was outside of the delivery area, not inherently Carvana’s fault but it was still a bummer to pay $399 to have my car delivered to be or $499 to get the car myself. I wish Carvana would expand their delivery area further to include Utah. Once I got all the paperwork signed, the down payment paid and submitted all my information I was told the car would go through final inspection and come to me. The delivery process itself was pretty fast and the 3rd parry contacted me quickly to arrange for drop off, but the waiting period between signing the papers and having my car was almost 3 weeks and it was very agonizing to wait. Once I took delivery of the car, I was very disappointed to learn Carvana ended my 7 day money back guarantee THAT day. It really left a bad taste in my mouth to not even have my car in my possession to determine if it was right for me before I was stuck with it. The registration process was also a bit of a hassle, lots and lots of paperwork to sign, offices to go to in order to get it filled out and more money to be paid to have everything done correctly. The time it took to receive my plates was also very long but some of that was on account of my state DMV taking their time with everything however my temporary registration did expire before I got my plates so that was a bummer. As for the car itself, while I am happy with with it there are some really unpleasant things that I didn’t see until I took possession of the vehicle. For instance, my front windows squeak when coming up from the lowest position and I’m not sure if that will be covered under the warranty I bought or not, there were multiple dents that were never shown on the inspection photos, there’s DEEP scratches on the rear drivers window and on the passenger front window, there’s some stains on the seats that weren’t documented and the biggest thing is there was an aftermarket exhaust installed on the car by a previous owner. While I personally like the sound of it, it would have been really really helpful to have that on the description somewhere just in case I didn’t want it or it would have changed my mind. Overall, Carvana has been really really helpful to deal with and answered my questions well I just wish those things I experienced were changed in the future. If they are, I’d be happy to recommend them to friends and family but for right now I’d certainly tell them to explore other options and shop around for better prices. More

I hate going into the dealership and haggling with salespeople so, it was a relief that this was not part of this exprience. The first car they brought me was a lemon though. I took it on the test drive and it smelled like something was burning and the engine was lurching. The driver said he drove it before he brought it but, I suppose this is a chance when buying a used car. I sent the car back with no issue what so ever and within a few days ordered a different one that I absolutely love. More

He should be rewarded for his expertise and many can learn from him. He kept touching base with us the whole grace period and we are happy with our car. Although the warranty would not honor bad brakes notified by Pep Boys their warranty holder. We had to pay for them our self, I would hate to think they would have put there loved one in this type of vehicle You need to touch base with Silver Rock and make sure their mechanics are certified because I had two estimates and both verified the need More

From problems registering the car I bought from them, having to prove I was myself. Normally I just go to my town hall and register my car, but Carvana does it for you.(to make it easier?) I had to go to the bank get a notarized letter with my landlord, such a pain. Then they delay delivery on my car a few hours, okay. The delivery guy scraped the front lower faschia removing it from the ramptruck and just goes o that happens. The car was not cleaned at all. I wish I could upload pictures here. There's dust all on the gauge cluster, crumbs and junk under the window switch. Hand oils caked the steering wheel. I don't feel like I should be out detailing my $21,500 car, but hey once the 7 days are up they do not care about you any more. My wife won't stop asking me to call them and when I finally do and wait they just offered me $100 to detail it. So I am going to have to shell out money from my own pocket to fill the gap or buy microfiber clothes and brushes or find mine and go start cleaning my new expensive car. Pretty much don't go easy on them, once the 7 days are up you are nothing to them. More
I was very sceptical at first.. I didnt think that the process was so easy and painless.. but it sure was! I had no purchased a vehicle in a long time because of the dreaded process..
