First, it was a hassle getting in all the proper paperwork and I was constantly on the phone with various reps. It took me about 2 days to get it all sorted out. Once it was all approved and I scheduled my pick up date, I was given a call stating that my car was going to be delayed because the battery was dead and I had to wait for them to order another one and replace it. I was offered some money back, so that was nice. Then, when I finally arrive to pick up my car at the second scheduled time 3 days later, I actually still had to wait 20+ minutes for them to finish preparing my car. The vending machine was broken so I didn't get to see my car come through it. Once I got in the car and started driving I could tell that they were rushing to get it detailed because there were smudges all over the glass, some sticker goo left behind on the stereo and the steering wheel was covered in so much Armor All that my hands were slipping through the wheel when driving. Overall, I'm glad I was able to get a car without having to be hassled by a car dealer. Thank you for working with me and I love my car. More

Worst experience ever I actually LOST money trying to buy a truck. My loan funded a month ago and I still haven't received my truck due to the total incompetence of local c I actually LOST money trying to buy a truck. However, I still have to pay on the new loan from my credit union, as well as, pay on the loan for my truck I was trading in. My new truck was due to be delivered on March 5th, but a window was broken during transit. Understandable delay. They moved it back a week and promised daily updates. Nothing. A week later I called an was assured my truck would be delivered the next morning at 9am. At 7:50am, I received a call and they stated they had ordered the wrong glass. This has gone on for almost a month. No part. Wrong glass. Broken switch, etc... Every time, I was guaranteed delivery and then the morning of, received a call to reschedule. NO communication. The local supervisor cannot even get a call back from his field crew. I cancelled my order, but, have to wait to get the check back for 2 days (even though it was never cashed). Meanwhile, interest is accruing. I've paid on loans, taken days off work, lost time and are beyond disappointed and frustrated and Carvana will do NOTHING to make this right. All i hear is "I'm sorry". Do NOT use Carvana. The level of incompetence and lack of communication and customer support is beyond ridiculous. More
Not as advertised I was looking forward to my experience of getting away from a car dealership but I just traded dealing with shady people in person to doing it online. Carvana tries to slip in $1500 of unnecessary coverage in the Carvana Cares protection plan and doesn't clearly show a place to decline it in the purchase process (apparently it's located on the page but I couldn't see it). My car showed up an hour and forty minutes after the scheduled drop off time. Car had more scratches and issues than were disclosed in the online description. Was supposed to come with 2 keys, came with 1. I had to go to the dealership and pay for my own key and I'm still not sure they will reimburse me. Also their 150 point inspection missed a leaking tensioner that I'm going to have to get fixed now too. Very disappointed in this experience and would not do it again. More

Went to a dealership to test drive a car for the first time and found it to be incredibly frustrating. The salesman was pushy and intrusive and made me feel uncomfortable. Carvana was easy to use, faster, time and found it to be incredibly frustrating. The salesman was pushy and intrusive and made me feel uncomfortable. Carvana was easy to use, faster, and allowed me to shop without the stress of being "sold to". Recommend buying early in the week, as Carvana only holds your purchase for a few days and has to communicate with your bank which is closed on the weekend. More
