I love my car! Online it is a little confusing on how I love my car! Online it is a little confusing on how payments work and on how financing works I had to speak with someone through customer service I love my car! Online it is a little confusing on how payments work and on how financing works I had to speak with someone through customer service to fully understand they were very helpful but I would’ve gotten my car much much sooner if it was clear online. Also there was an issue where they changed my oil and the person overfilled the oil and it took an Additional week to receive my car but they fixed everything everything is fine. More

Buying during a pandemic I understand things wouldn’t go as smoothly as they should. There are small things that could have made my purchase better still. My car was delivered by a third party carrier which as smoothly as they should. There are small things that could have made my purchase better still. My car was delivered by a third party carrier which was my choice, but I was unaware that would mean I would not receive temporary plates the same day. The car was extremely dirty and I have yet to receive my gift card to get it washed. Still waiting on registration. Overall staff was very helpful and I like the car. Decent experience. Appreciate the $20 gift card to the Carvana store. More

Great experience My old car had been totaled in an accident so I searched various online resources for local cars to buy. I wanted a specific car, and a specific color My old car had been totaled in an accident so I searched various online resources for local cars to buy. I wanted a specific car, and a specific color, so local selection was very limited. I checked Carvana and they had several cars that met my search criteria, many with free shipping. The online experience was great, description was complete & accurate, flaws clearly identified, Purchase was easy, and when the car arrived, it was exactly as advertised, plus it had new tires & new looking break rotors, neither of which had been advertised, so that was great. At delivery, quick test drive, then a 7 day return for any reason trial period. All in all, I probably paid $500 more than I would have if I found one locally (which I couldn't), but still less than other order & ship type purchases. I would definitely use Carvana again. More
