The vending machine marketing gimmick aside, Carvana did a great prep job on the car, even setting up an appointment to fix a small windshield chip that was not listed on the initial report before we actually saw the car. The caveat to the process would be if you secured 3rd party financing and aren't comfortable working on line it can be a little bit of a challenge coordinating the financing. Overall though, now after 30 days of ownership, we can say we had a very positive experience. More

I love Carvana. Delivery was prompt, the car is wonderful! It was clean and full of fuel and the delivery driver was very helpful even during the Coronavirus pandemic. I'm telling all my friends and family what a wonderful experience I've had with Carvana and look forward to doing business with them in the future! More

Phoned Carvana, Daniel tried walking me through a phone transaction but I couldn't log into my bank account through Carvana's site. Eventually, the purchase was completed. I spoke with quite a few team members and one spoke very fast. I'm a "senior" and even though I asked him to speak more slowly, it was challenging. The only improvement I'd suggest is dealing with the same associate thru the entire transaction, which I understand is not always possible. I traded, purchased, exchanged the purchase for another, and all was handled in a friendly, professional manner. Very impressive! More
