I truly loved my experience with Carvana. I did call their customer service line and my issue was resolved within minutes. The customer service representative was amazing, and so patient with me. I was a little angry and she was so calm and helpful. I began getting my notifications and my car was delivered on time. The delivery was another smooth process, the Carvana rep and driver were courteous and professional. The car was exactly what I’ve expected and I am so happy with it. I LOVE it. With all that being said, despite my small hiccup, I highly recommend Carvana, and will be using them again when I’m ready for another one! More
With my most recent purchase I had an issue with my car selection. The car that my husband and I picked was listed in the online description and on the signed contract as a RED car with BLACK inter and alt selection. The car that my husband and I picked was listed in the online description and on the signed contract as a RED car with BLACK inter and although the photos online reflected a white unit, we were under the impression that the photo was there as an example of what the car would be look like, and not vehcile the itself given that the description stated something differently (as well as the official contract). Upon delivery I was disappointed to see a white car with beige interior as that had a heavy influence on why we selected that particular vehicle. We sent the car back and of course we could not find another car online with the same mileage and color scheme that we were expecting. Also, we were told the price would be more than what we were quoted because essentially it's "not the same vehicle" although it was verified that both the online description and contract was incorrect and contained errors. I have dealt with Caravana in the past and usually they have excellent customer service, but I am disappointed at how things went this time around. I ended up keeping the White Buick. It is a great car, but not what I was expecting to purchase. I don't feel the issue was adequately resolved in the best interests of a paying customer. It felt more like a "take it or leave it" situation at no fault of my own. More

They have a tremendous selection of cars and the pricing is fair. Getting approved was fairly simple and straightforward. The reason I am giving 3 stars is due to a delay in delivery. I received a call the day before and was told that it was being delayed until the following Monday. I understand a day or maybe two, but five days to me is unacceptable. I was told that the car didn't make it on the truck which to me is also unacceptable. The car was 4-5 hours away, so I'm not sure how that caused a five day delay. The guy who delivered the car was thorough and pleasant. (I think his name was Derek.) More
