From the moment I chose my car to getting the congratulatory phone call, was 46 minutes. There was no haggling, no catches, no problems. I knew the exact amount of my car note, they provided clear instructions and EVERY SINGLE person I spoke with was courteous, friendly, professional, helpful and everything else positive. I am a happy camper and as of today, Carvana is the only company I will purchase from. AWESOME! More

I found carvana through credit karma. I was instantly approved for 20k.. Carvana makes it very easy to find exactly what you want. I found a car with low mileage, like new.. I had a great experience shopping through Carvana. I did not have to speak to a human during the whole process. Everything was just as described. The car was perfect. The delivery was right on time, in fact a few minutes early. I received the highest price on my trade-in. No one else quoted me the price that Carvana did. I will definitely go this route if or when I purchase another vehicle.I was able to sign all the paperwork, upload whatever documents that were required, and even pay my portion online. The only reason I did not give a five star was because of some difficulty with Carvana receiving my payment. I provided the correct information, but Carvana submitted the wrong information to my bank therefore not receiving the payment. After talking to Carvana and straightening everything out, I still continued to receive emails about my lack of payment. Even though they told me I would continue to receive the Emails until the money cleared, I didn’t really appreciate the progression of the emails. Other than that, the experience was great. More

We had a very mixed experience with Carvana. We tried to order a minivan for delivery on February 29th and was called the morning of the delivery to be told the van was damaged in transit and could not be d order a minivan for delivery on February 29th and was called the morning of the delivery to be told the van was damaged in transit and could not be delivered until March 21st. By this time we had already traded in our other vehicle so this left us without a car. We decided to try and find another van that would suit our needs that could arrive before the 21st, and we did. Again, on the day of delivery we were called and notified that the second van had also been damaged in transit. At this point, we desperately needed the vehicle and since the damage was not a safety issue, we had them deliver the van anyway. Now, we are saddled with having to take the van into a repair shop to get the damage fixed. Carvana is paying for the repair costs but it is honestly ridiculous that both the cars we tried to order ended up damaged. So, I would recommend Carvana as long as you are purchasing a vehicle that does not need to be shipped. Otherwise, order with caution knowing that you may get a call the day of delivery telling you that your vehicle can’t be delivered. More

I actually can not believe how easy it was. I was in my pajamas buying a car! When the car arrive it was just as I seen online. It was clean it smelled good the man that brought me my car remembered I have pajamas buying a car! When the car arrive it was just as I seen online. My Van was supposed to have a navigation system, I got a call a day before asking if I still wanted the vehicle because it did not have one. If I chose to keep the car they would give me a 100 dollar check. Great because that wasnt a deal breaker no way. 3 days of driving my new car I notice a couple of chips in the windshield. I called Carvana and BOOM no worries they made an appointment with Safelite to get it replaced at no cost to me talk about easy! The only thing is I bought the van for my wife and I wanted her to see it get delivered by the Carvana truck. The truck was unavailable so Aric/Eric drove the van to my home. It had a full tank of gas and a gift card. I have been very happy with the purchase and the insurance included as well as the one I purchased. I'd really recommend trying Carvana. You have 7 days to return if you dont like it. You really have nothing to lose! More
