I was very skeptical at first. I loved the way to see the online store. Doing it all on my phone looking at cars through Google Chrome was better than the app. App didn't work too great. But when it did work and you could see the inside and outside 360 view it was awesome. The check out process was pretty easy and nice too. Downsides... if you don't live near one of their facilities you have to either travel to a location within 50 miles of the facility or wait a while for a 3rd party to drop off the car. I had to use the 7 day money back guarantee for the first car that I got. And because It was fully noted I had to pay an extra 250 bucks to swap cars because I went over the miles. I only went over because I had to go 200 miles one way to meet the person. And also because I had to wait an extra week to do the swap. So watch for that and make sure you get it in writing that you won't have to pay for the extra miles or you will get screwed. The apr and payments aren't great but... oh well its not too terrible. Overall better than going to a dealership. But at a dealer you can look and see all of the cars they have and really see how you fit in them... literally lol... will probably get another vehicle through them again in the future but will go through my own bank for the loan probably. More
