Machine was broke, there were obvious interior defects that were not listed, had to get oil change directly after buying car, also had a safety recall that was not taken care of. The gentleman who helped that were not listed, had to get oil change directly after buying car, also had a safety recall that was not taken care of. The gentleman who helped me at the building was excellent though and had me out of there in no time. More

Good, innovative way to buy a car I really like Carvana but I wouldn't give them 5 stars because of some of the policies of the company. I chose a 2019 Grand Caravan and 5 minutes afte I really like Carvana but I wouldn't give them 5 stars because of some of the policies of the company. I chose a 2019 Grand Caravan and 5 minutes after I left the Carvana's store in Orlando, I noticed that the car wasn't aligned properly and vibration, a sign of unbalanced wheels probably. So I contacted Carvana and I had to use their repair company, I left the car there for three (!) days and they replaced the rear shocks... the problems remained and I chose another car. I argued with Carvana to pickup the car at the shop even before but they can't do this. Then they postponed the pickup of the other car I chose, a 2018 Dodge Journey because of a tire losing air. So I got the car and the tire keeps... loosing air. Also, there's water in one of the headlights and it will be replaced by the warranty company in a few weeks. I already drove more than 1000 miles, their warranty, so fixing the tire is not an option anymore. I noticed that after a few days, they didn't fix it correctly. So I ask: vibration, misalignment, water in the headlight, tire loosing air... what about Carvana's inspection? I don't think it's so strict. More

You shop online at your own leisure and once you decide on a vehicle it is so fast and easy. You get prequalified quickly and know your down payment and interest rate immediately.
