The car looked better in person than it did on the site and was delivered by a wonderful man that made the process fun and quick (15 minutes or less). They do it all for you! I had a 4 out of 5 star experience with Carvana! I love my new car and I would do it again. The only thing that was frustrating was the funds verification app that you are required to use. That didn’t work my new car and I would do it again. The only thing that was frustrating was the funds verification app that you are required to use. That didn’t work for the first 24 hours and my bank doesn’t do 3rd party verification so I was left trying to find a way to get a 15000 cashiers check on a holiday weekend. After that everything was smooth until 2 hours before drop off on the day the car was going to be delivered when Carvana called and said my car had a check engine light and it was going to be delayed a week. I totally Understand that these things happen but we had planned our day around that delivery so that was a bit of a bummer. I was told I would get a call to discuss what was wrong with the car but I never did and when I called to figure out what was happening nobody could give me a solid answer. The day of the delivery was super smooth, our delivery agent was awesome and the paperwork was seamless. I love my car and I got a great trade in value despite some of the setbacks with the process. I would use Carvana again! More

The process was very fast and simple. My vehicle was picked up yesterday and I was handed a check. No need to say this approach is timeconsuming, not for the faint of heart, and not always successful. Based on my Craigslist ad I was contacted by Melissa from Carvana, a company I never heard of. Being skeptical initially, I was in for a very positive surprise. It was Melissas responsiveness, patience and transparency that persuaded me to accept Carvanas offer which was wayyyy better than Carmax or "brick and mortar" dealer. The inspection of the car, pick-up and payment via check were accomplished in less than 30 min at the comfort of my home - wow! Highly recommended More
