Failed to deliver car when promised. Left stranded I "pre-ordered" a car online. Waited 2+ weeks for Carvana to photograph the car and then agreed to purchase. Carvana ran my credit, approved my loan, I "pre-ordered" a car online. Waited 2+ weeks for Carvana to photograph the car and then agreed to purchase. Carvana ran my credit, approved my loan, had me get insurance IN ADVANCE of delivery, took my bank account info and scheduled a delivery day I agreed to. Since CarMax offered a better price for my trade-in than Carvana, I sold my car to CarMax the day before my delivery. then I get a phone call and text message at 6:05am on the day of delivery (set at noon) that they are not coming. Rather, they will come two days later. I had already taken off work and had planned to leave town the next day for a wedding anniversary. I will have to rent a car now. I told Carvana to cancel and I'll buy from someone with a better reputation. Then they said "read page 26 of your PDF contract, we are not responsible for late deliveries...." Lovely. AVOID! More

I did not have a good experience from my order being canceled right in the middle, the car sold to someone else, and going back and forth ro prove I did not swap out my car.. they changed my finance ter canceled right in the middle, the car sold to someone else, and going back and forth ro prove I did not swap out my car.. they changed my finance terms and I had to speak with all types of manangement and put in IT tickets to get the issue resolved.. After that they changed my car delivery date without calling me.. all around BAD experience.. I have spent endless time on phone calls like I work there to try and resolve my issues. More

My only complaint was the cleaning job done pre-delivery on the interior was not great, lots of dirt under the back seats, and the upholstery was saturated with a really aggressively scented cleanser that made me sick to my stomach and woozy. I couldn’t drive the car until I aired it out a couple days. But overall I am happy with the experience and the car! More
