1 star because I could not give zero This was, by far, the worst car buying experience I have ever been a part of.......I have bought 2 cars previously -- from a traditional dealership -- This was, by far, the worst car buying experience I have ever been a part of.......I have bought 2 cars previously -- from a traditional dealership -- solely by EMAIL.......however, I had to engage with the Carvana reps on the phone every day for 10 days, sometimes several calls. I was given conflicting, and often erroneous, information, causing me to have to re-do a loan, change my member profile, then change the loan back, then find out that there was no need to change the profile...... Then, once we got through that muck, Carvana let me know that they "could not locate the car"? What? But, I needed to understand (as I was told by a customer service rep), it was not Carvana's fault......it was the fault of a bad scanner.......huh? Carvana pushed my delivery date out 3 times........the last time because the car was still in Texas. I then received a call saying that the car was actually in Georgia (15 miles from my house), but I could not pick up for "another few days"........ Picking up the car was actually very easy and well done, but by that time, the shine was off. Had I gone to Carmax, I would've had the car a week sooner.......I will do that next time... Carvana's main issue seems to be that 1) they do not have enough server power to handle the web traffic; 2) they have a serious training problem........their reps are giving erroneous information that can have legal implications. Bottom line --- to paraphrase Carvana --- IT DOES TOO SUCK. More
I never liked car shopping. The pushy salesmen who just dont quit. Also the fact that I may have known more about the car they were trying to get sold off the lot. There was always something about the car I wanted, where the salesman would say, you dont qualify for this model. Carvana provided a self driven, simple way to purchase the car you want and not what the salesmen want to sell you to get their numbers up. Thank you carvana...we are quickly becoming a carvana family. My daughter purchased in 2019, I purchased 2020, my sister will purchase 2020 and another daughter will purchase 2021. More

The delivery day was scheduled quickly, showed up on time and the representative was so nice taking the time to show me all the fun details of my car to ensure I was all set up and ready to go. I chose to keep the car after the 7 day period and enjoying my new vehicle! Also did a trade in :) More
Carvana Orlando: reliable, excellent We needed a new (used) 2nd car UGH!. Looking for Mini Cooper S Convertible. Searched on-line. Saw Carvana - good inventory. Priced a bit higher than m We needed a new (used) 2nd car UGH!. Looking for Mini Cooper S Convertible. Searched on-line. Saw Carvana - good inventory. Priced a bit higher than many but a reputable dealer and, as we found... WORTH IT! Their written policy: Seven days return, money back, no questions asked. 100 days - 4100 miles complete Labor and parts warranty on virtually everything (I don’t think wiper blades were covered). We verified veracity of claims and figured, “we can’t go wrong”. Chose our higher mileage Mini Cooper. After some test driving the check engine light went on. Took to independent mechanic for a self paid independent check of the vehicle within first 7 days. The BMW certified mechanic said car was in excellent condition, well maintained. The bad news, turbo charger is shot. We contacted Carvana and their warranty provider. In less than a day they authorized full replacement, parts and labor (and the BMW certified mechanic!). There are 3 authorized repair facilities within 10 mile of our home. The one we chose was TireChoice in Colony in The Villages, FL. They had two BMW Certified mechanics! The bad Turbo was replaced with top of the line OEM Turbo! The car is fantastic. The service and followup from Carvana was fantastic. (We only dealt with Carvana Orlando after we ordered it.) Their warranty company was fantastic. The extra few bucks paid off-and we still have nearly three months and almost 4,000 miles to go for complete coverage! The car was delivered to our door, no shipping charge. They also follow-up after the sale to be sure you are happy. Got personal service throughout. My wife and I highly recommend Carvana and Carvana Orlando and their authorized repair facility TIreChoice (Colony in The Villages Fl.). Also, if you have a favored mechanic not on their list, you can go their instead, but then you pay a maximum $50 co-pay. KJP and MPP The Villages, FL More

Pretty good The car was delivered late and we were not notified until about 1.5 hours before we were supposed to pick up the car. The folks at Carvana did a good job of making up for their mistake but it took 4 additional days to receive the car. The car itself was nice. While it has a clean Carfax, sections have been re-painted so the car is likely overpriced given the likelihood that it has been in an accident. We were happy with the trade value for the car we traded to Carvana. More

I would definitely buy again- reason for 4 stars is the cleanliness of the car- found old receipts stuffed und so why the 4 stars and not 5 you ask?
