While I believe in the concept of how Carvana wants to sell cars, I unfortunately got a bad vehicle from them. I have had the car 14 days as of today and of those days, the car has been in the shop for co sell cars, I unfortunately got a bad vehicle from them. Enjoyed the entire process. I made sure to take advantage of the 7 day look at including having a mechanic inspect my 2016 Infiniti QX60. Carvana even agreed to fix some issues on the rims that were found at of the 7 day look at including having a mechanic inspect my 2016 Infiniti QX60. I have never bought a car that left me smiling at the end of the process. Every person I talked to thurout the transaction was polite an ddc cheerful. They helped me when we hit a snag over some documents, They were very understanding the more frustrating I became when I couldn't get a clear picture of my document. The last phone call was with a gentleman that kept calling me back several times until he could see a clear picture. He didn't make me feel stupid over the fact that I couldn't manage to take a picture. When all of this was finally over we had been on the phone for an hour and fourty forty five minutes. And a side note, I love my car!! More
Skeptical at First but I've purchased my previous vehicle online before and pretty comfortable with the process directly from a dealership. I just recently heard of CARVANA I've purchased my previous vehicle online before and pretty comfortable with the process directly from a dealership. I just recently heard of CARVANA through heavy marketing in the San Diego area. I'm a skeptical person by nature and that's on EVERYTHING! So I did some digging into the company. I looked at BBB first and although there were some complaints, they still had an A+ rating. I also read up on all the negative reviews that are from independent review sites. I had to remember that there are people out there that complaining is an art form or a part-time job, I saw that CARVANA only had a handful and it didn't rose to the degree that I should be too concern about. I then went into the CARVANA website and read a few reviews out of the THOUSANDS of what they've collected and some are so recent that it was clocking in at within 12 hours or less. That was pretty impressive, and of course my skeptical side thought it might be an inside job! So I dug in the 2019 reviews and the last 3 months to compare and contrast. After all of that, I then proceeded with caution and started to look for the car that I wanted. To my amazement, they had a 2017 Audi Q3 that I'm looking for. (I've researched the Consumer Report 2020 reliability on USED cars). It had the lowest mileage I've seen so far in my research outside CARVANA's listings. It also came in below my targeted price. Again, with cautious and skeptical mind, I went ahead and applied for the financing with CARVANA and within 25 minutes on a Saturday morning, I was approved and the delivery was scheduled for Tuesday at my convenience. Still skeptical, I was prepared to have my own mechanic to examine the car as soon as I get it. The day came and the car was pristine, low mileage, runs extremely well, my mechanic was pretty impressed. I would have given it a 5-star review, but I had to pull back as the oil was pretty low and had to take it to Audi Dealership to have them double-check what my mechanic discovered, bought the oil and while I was at the dealership they found that battery on my key-fob was also low and Audi had to replace it. A minor inconvenience but overall it is all good. Here I am on my 9th day as an owner now, enjoying the car and just received a $20 credit from CARVANA store that I could choose what I item I want to spend it on. I also received communication about my financing, and an update of my plates arriving soon so I can keep an eye out for it. So all things are moving along and so far so good. I'm now waiting on my plates from the DMV and hopefully there is no snag on that. My overall skepticism has been quelled and CARVANA has been fun and worth taking a chance on when it comes to buying a car. My experience from the people I've interacted with from the very beginning to delivery has been excellent. They were very helpful, answered all my questions and concerns, and acknowledge the small inconvenience that I've experienced. I will definitely buy from CARVANA in the future again. So keep up the good work CARVANA and hopefully as you continue to grow and expand, you will not lose the professionalism and the ease of the process. More
