I found mine to be a bit more challenging, particularly with downloading some of the documents. After I got a message telling me they were submitted, I had a phone call the next day informing me I needed to re-submit them or my purchase would be cancelled. My husband had been able to present his documents upon delivery. The delivery from Dom was great. She spent time reviewing the paperwork and allowed me time to take the car out for test drive. She answered my questions and was very helpful. After delivery, I got an email telling me I needed to resubmit my registration or the car would be taken back. I did that, received my new registration, yet continued to get those messages even afterwards. There seemed to be a communication breakdown somewhere in the process. More
