So many time I'd try to buy from a dealer, and they would go over the contract and the numbers so fast I couldn't help but wonder what there hidden. an usually would find some shady clause or fee hidden in it. not in carvana, short contract, that is easy to understand. I had original tried to get a mini cooper but it wasn't to my liking. the 7 day money back was wonderful. now i have a wonderful Nissan Sentra and I love it. More

I picked up a $32 thousand dollar jeep. I was expecting a $32 thousand dollar jeep. They were 30 minutes behind our scheduled appointment. The jeep was halfway detailed, and I found an oil leak with my phone $32 thousand dollar jeep. They were 30 minutes behind our scheduled appointment. The jeep was halfway detailed, and I found an oil leak with my phone flashlight. They told me no worries their warranty would cover anything they missed or mechanically wrong with it, within the first 7 days. So I take the jeep to multiple mechanics to get separate opinions. Both mechanics came back with almost identical estimates. Most of the things my mechanics told me about should've been found during their 150 point inspection. So when I call the warranty provider silver rock to let them know what my mechanics told me and now they're only willing to pay a small fraction of the repair bill. So then I call Carvana to let them know how their warranty department don't want to pay for all the issues with the jeep. So instead of saying no worries we will handle any fees the warranty won't cover, they wanted to send a 3rd party investigator to check my claim. I feel like I was the one being lied to when in all actuality, I was the one being lied to. Be weary of their so called 150 point inspection. Because they missed an oil leak, worn out shocks, worn out steering damper, transfer case leaking, gaskets needing replaced, the brake fluid was black, the transmission fluid looked like cherry cough syrup that someone 💩 in. They also missed scratches and dents that wasn't disclosed. The jeep has 69,000 miles on it and the manufacturer recommends all this to be addressed at 60,000 miles. But of course they don't want to cover fluids when in all reality these should've been addressed before the jeep was ever put on a truck and driven across the country by Carvana. I will NOT be purchasing this jeep or any other vehicles from Carvana. I'm glad I took the time off work to run this piece around to mechanics and get the truth. I'm sure they will have their prewritten response on how they dropped the ball and how it's not the way they want to run things. They'll tell you that you can return it within 7 day and get your money back. Well I am and I will not buy anything from Carvana....ever. You can keep the $100 dollars you offered to have the vehicle properly detailed, You can keep the jeep, and you keep your headache of dealing with your warranty department. If they're going to give me this hard of a time to repair or replace equipment that should've been found during their inspection, I can only imagine how difficult it will be for any other warranty claims in the future. So my final opinion is Carvana sucks, their warranty people (silver rock) suck, and the whole experience sucked. I can't stress this enough. Look over you vehicle with a fine tooth comb, let a mechanic you trust look over it, and then take it to another mechanic. Don't trust what they tell you. I hate I missed days of work and pay dealing with this process, but at least I didn't pay $32 thousand dollars and have to pay repair bills before I made my first payment. More

Love my new car! I compared to the kbb and felt the price was fair. I paid $500 for shipping from Texas to Boston, so I was sure I would keep the car if it was in the condition advertised. It was wort price was fair. I paid $500 for shipping from Texas to Boston, so I was sure I would keep the car if it was in the condition advertised. It was worth the risk to get a 3 year old car with 0 winters on it. The car is beautiful. Clean, looks and smells new. I got it inspected and my mechanic said it was in great shape. I worked with Mandy at Carvana and she was not only helpful but fun to talk to —turns out our kids are the same age:) —professional and walked me through the process no problem. They had a breakdown and my delivery was pushed back, I got an email to let me know and a new date three days later. The new date wasn’t going to work for me but I called and they transferred me to Steve in dispatch and we picked a new date no problem. The delivery guy, Mustafa, was super nice and helpful. My house is hard to find and the driveway is steep, narrow and has low hanging power lines. He parked the trailer a few blocks away and drove the car over for me. The paperwork was super simple. He got it registered with a quick call to my insurance agent to get the proof of insurance. Then he put the plates on the car —a big deal since I had the baby eating breakfast —and I was good to go. The main reason I went with Carvana is because 4 hours at a dealership with a two year old equals paying too much for a car you don’t want! I had never heard of Carvana and I thought it was a little weird to buy a car sight unseen but it worked out and I’m super happy with the process and the car. More

Dissapointed with the buying process I came into this expecting to save significant time and hassle. It started off okay, I found the car I wanted and went through all the purchasing ste I came into this expecting to save significant time and hassle. It started off okay, I found the car I wanted and went through all the purchasing steps pretty easily and set a delivery date for Feb 3rd to my home. I elected to use my bank for financing since they offered 2.75% while Carvana was offering 5.18%. Since my wife was the primary name on the account, the bank needed her name on the purchase of the vehicle. I called Carvana to add her but was told that was not possible and she had to create a new account and then the purchase could be transferred to the new account. Trying to coordinate Carvana and the bank was a hassle. I'm not sure why I had to be so intimately involved in this making sure each other had what they needed. I would have hoped Carvana would have handled all this. We transferred the purchase but then I unexpectedly lost my Feb 3rd delivery date. The next available date was Feb 5th. This meant extending my rental car 2 extra days. On Feb 5th I returned the rental and awaited delivery of the vehicle. About 20 mins after the delivery time, I called Carvana and was told the delivery was delayed. An email was sent, but remember I had to set up a new account for my wife and it did not allow me to re-use the email address I used on my account, so we used an email address we seldomly use. Regardless, I would have expected a phone call for something like this. The delivery date was then changed to Feb 6th. I had to go back to the car rental agency and pick up the car for another day. Again, I returned the car that evening and awaited delivery, but again no one showed up. I called Carvana only to be informed the car was delivered to the Miami Hub. Carvana offered to arrange an UBER and keep the Miami Hub open for us to go pick it up. This was very inconvenient (an hour each way), but we accepted this offer and got the car. Everyone I spoke to at Carvana was very nice and tried to be as helpful as possible. A $75 courtesy payment was offered to me for my trouble. I think for all the trouble and considering I purchased a $22,000 vehicle this amount was kind of an insult. I do feel that Carvana should at least refund the $200 delivery fee I was charged since the vehicle was never delivered as promised. I received a call on the day before the 7 day return expiration to ask about my experience. I shared this with him, but as I was on hold for about 10 mins we got disconnected and was not called back. I also shared my displeasure with several other Carvana employees throughout the process, but nothing ever seemed to be done about it. Overall, I am happy with the car, but it was not very clean (inside or out) when I picked it up and it also was shaking when on the highway. I had the tires balanced (for $27.00) and it seems to be fine now. More
I love the car but it has issues. Great car the process was easy. The Delivery was great, the driver Chris drop the car off and it was a great easy process and he was very good. The Great car the process was easy. The Delivery was great, the driver Chris drop the car off and it was a great easy process and he was very good. The problem with the Vehicle is that its been getting the check engine light since the first few days. To have a diagnostic check its over $150 to over $200 at the Dodge Dealership which I would have to pay since Silver Rock won't do it. I am pissed and to change the oil the first week bc he kept blinking to change oil. I was hoping not to have to deal with maintenance issues so quick. at this point i have the vehicle for less than 50 days and have to spent $350 to $550 on a Tune up and Diagnostic for a vehicle I just bought with money I dont have to spent. I am very upset. More
