No I did not get in touch with any resolution department. All I got was an email from you guys that my vehicle will be ship at a later date so my delay issue was never solved and I have to pay for a rental since your company can't offer any other solutions. Nobody from Carvana tried to contact me regarding my concerns when I voiced it so please do not reply back with a generic corporate response and expect customers to take it.
