We literally were able to select the exact car we wanted from the comfort of our living room, and make all of the arrangements from home instead of hours at a dealership. We had one hiccup with the delivery date changing due to a missed checkpoint on the way, but even then it doesn't overshadow how smooth this process was. This is the only way we will purchase cars again! More

These guys purchase your current vehicle, they pick it up AND then deliver the vehicle you purchase from them. I'm a return customer, and purchased a 2nd vehicle already. There was a hiccup in the process (just like any process that we do everyday). There was a delay in the vehicle registration process (not their fault). State DMV was just slow in processing. So the temporary registration that came with the vehicle I purchased from them expired. Then these guys, they provided a rental vehicle to use until the vehicle registration got resolved. Awesome!!! More

The first car I bought I had delivered to where I lived in east Tennessee, very good experience the guy who delivered it didn't rush me and not only answered all my questions but took the time to show me how to work all the features. I wish i got his name. The second car I bought was recently when I moved to Texas and picked it up at the facility in Frisco TX and dealt with a guy named Dee. He was extremely pleasant and helpful. The reason I moved to Texas is because my wife of 23 years recently passed away from cancer and i have family in Texas long story short, Carvana gave me a beautiful house plant and condolences for my loss. I will buy every car for the rest of my life from Carvana for that reason alone. More

It was simply wonderful to be able to shop for a new car from my home and not spend hours in a dealership. It was very convenient that my trade-in was picked up and the new vehicle was delivered, all at my house. The fact of buying a car online may be unnerving to some but I felt that there were more than enough warranties and guarantees in place to give me the warm and fuzzy that if something didn't go well, they would be more than willing to make it right. Just awesome. No more dealerships for me. More
Being born and raised in a car family... I was really skeptical about the whole car vending machine/car delivery, no-dealership thing. Then I found the perfect vehicle online through Carvana... and de skeptical about the whole car vending machine/car delivery, no-dealership thing. Then I found the perfect vehicle online through Carvana... and decided let’s live a little and just go for it! Let me tell you... the experience was hands down AMAZING!! Super easy, excellent customer service (they offer online chat- so no need to deal with being on-hold with a 1-800 number), and it was FUN!! My story: I wanted to do a trade-in. Carvana had me answer some questions online about my Sportage, and gave me an instant offer that was good for 6 days. Their offer was $2k higher that Kelly Blue Book, and was a lot higher than a dealership trade-in. Because I don’t live by a vending machine, I opted for their delivery service. Because of the trade-in, I had to meet them within 100 miles of the their closest service area (Grand Rapids)... so I met the driver in Cadillac tonight and did the deal in a Home Depot parking lot in broad daylight! All of the paperwork had already been signed online between Carvana and I through DigiSign. Tonight all I had to bring was the title to my Sportage, my drivers license, and proof of insurance for the new Sorento. Done. It was that easy!! I was able to test drive the new Sorento... and will have a 7-day tryout period before they will start to process the registration. They want to make sure you’re happy!! Don’t love it after you drive away? You can trade it in for something else, or just completely return it and get your old vehicle back. And guess what... they handle all of the registration and plate paperwork for you. I’m getting new plates and won’t have to step foot into the SOS office. Guys. Carvana has been a GAME CHANGER!! I am not one to write reviews or be this over the top... but seriously. I may never buy from a dealership again. This was fun... and easy... and everything buying a car SHOULD be. More

Chat with Carvana if they could compensate me for a rental car since I have to drive far for a job this weekend. They replied that delays are uncommon but no they will not help and the best option I have is change vehicle if I want....Offered no other solutions. I am sorry but I expect more from a multi-billion dollar company and especially when I have an agreement to spend 16K+ dollars with that company. I am currently working for a multi-billion dollar company and this is definitely not how you treat customers. More
