Allison was always there to answer my questions as they came up. She responded to my texts promptly. She reminded me of things I needed to do prior to selling, which was very helpful! Car pickup/sale was the most awesome!! 😎The agent took pictures of the car, removed my tags, and had me sign a few documents. Then handed me a check and shook my hand!! Yes...that easy!! They took care of paying off my loan and transferring the title!! I HIGHLY recommend Carvana for selling your vehicle!! More

That was the easiest car buying experience one could have. I found the car I wanted, spent maybe 15 mins filling out the paperwork online, and seven days later, my new car was delivered right to my driv have. They didn’t shoot out my credit informs to a million banks. Will absolutely recommend to anyone buying a car. More
Hi there, I purchased a 2016 Buick Encore from Carvana on Tuesday, February 4th. I arranged to drop off my trade and pick up the new car at your Danvers, MA hub. My husband purchased a new car thru your Ph Tuesday, February 4th. I arranged to drop off my trade and pick up the new car at your Danvers, MA hub. My husband purchased a new car thru your Philly hub a couple of months ago, and his experience was wonderful, so I kind of expected the same with my purchase. Yeah..didn't happen. My trade-in was in my name, but the loan was in my husband's name, which required both of us to be onsite at the Danvers hub to sign off on the loan and the car. We have an adult daughter with severe special needs that needs one of at home at all times, so us driving down to Boston together was an impossibility. On Monday the 3rd, my husband made the 4 hour drive (one way) by himself to sign his portion, and the next day I made the same trip to pick up the car and drop off my trade-in. My husband came home and said he saw the car, but it hadn't been washed or detailed yet, he was told it would be ready to go when I arrived at noon the next day. So..4 hour drive to North Boston, I arrive and the car is sitting there, neither washed nor detailed. OK, I can deal with that. Our salesman (Ryan) said they'd take care of it real quick, but to sit in it and see if I liked the vehicle. The car wouldn't start. Dead in the water. So, dirty, not made ready for sale, with a dead battery. It eventually caught and Ryan said they'd run down the street to Auto-Zone for a new battery. OK, I've just driven 4 hours with the excitement of getting my dream car..I guess I'll just..what..hang out in your parking lot for awhile? Battery is purchased and brought back, it's the wrong size. Won't fit in the car. They tell me that they feel it's just the vehicle had been sitting for a long time, and once running, should recharge itself. Again..I'm what? Supposed to put my self and my daughter in a car that may or may not start if I turn it off again and drive it back to Maine? In the dark? Because by now it's getting late and I have a 4 hour drive ahead of us. Against my better judgement, we agreed to take the car if it drove OK. Only to find out, we weren't allowed to test drive it. They didn't have any dealer plates to put on the car. I was allowed to drive it around the hub parking lot. Seriously. The hub PARKING LOT. That was our test drive. After speaking to Ryan and my husband via phone, I signed for the car, thinking I'd just have to get it home and have a new battery put in, which Ryan said Carvana would cover 100 percent. Well, we made it home. As I was looking over the car with my husband, we noticed that the lot stock number sticker was still on the upper left-hand corner of the windshield. I peeled it off only to discover a crack in the windshield that had been perfectly covered by the sticker. It was just a star, and I don't believe it was covered intentionally to hide it, but come on..where's this 150 point check list I've heard so much about?? What about a 10 point check list, like does the car start?? I have replaced the battery as well as had the windshield repaired and submitted both items to Carvana for reimbursement. But wait! There's more! My Maine license plates were never taken off my trade in (as I was told they would be) and as of today, are still lost. No one in Danvers knows where they are and no one in Connecticut (where the vehicle got sent) knows where they are. This means that we're going to have to report them stolen. I've spent a lot of time and a lot of money taking care of things Carvana should have taken care of and while I love the car, the Carvana experience has NOT been what I expected. I'm extremely disappointed and frazzled by the running around I've had to do and the time away from caring for my daughter that getting all of these things taken care of is costing me. The aggravation isn't worth it. I'm out about $300 out of pocket for repairs so far and hours of my time and now I have to report stolen plates?? Come on, now. I'm glad my husband had a great experience. It will definitely be my last Carvana experience. I might pay more for a local dealership, but I won't have to deal with the headaches and expense I've had to deal with this week. Truly disappointed and feeling like I totally got taken for a twenty-plus thousand dollar ride. Update..I sent this message to Carvana four days ago and have yet to get a reply. More
Cary buying made simple....and easy My daughter bought her latest car thru Carvana in Raleigh NC, and raved about her experience. So when I was in the market, I went on-line to check it out.via the Charlotte NC Carvana. Found just what I was looking for in about 30 minutes; did some comparison shopping, but nothing matched my wants as well as the 2018 Kia Soul @ Carvana. 20 minutes of filling out forms and making photos of my license and trade-in title and the deal was done. One negative: It took nearly 10 days to get my car. Promised delivery dates were missed due to "transportation problems" ( the car was being transported from 350 miles away). 10 days is too long when you've made the commitment and are waiting in high anticipation. LOVE the car once I got it! More
