Honestly, Carvana does a superb job of making the online purchasing experience very smooth. I liked the easy access to information about each vehicle. The availability of pictures and descriptions also helped in narrowing down my decision. Once I had picked a vehicle, it was a matter of securing financing and completing paperwork. Carvana offers its own financing options with rates that seem comparable to everyone else, as well as the option to use outside financing. Completing the paperwork too was fairly straightforward with explanations and clarifications offered at each step of the way. And that was it. I chose the option to pick up the vehicle. In hindsight, I should have selected the option for vehicle delivery. In my bid to save a few hundred dollars, I ended up spending a bit more to go and pick up the car, but that is a function of the fact that I live far away from the nearest Carvana vending machine. By the way, while the vending machine does seem a bit gimmicky in my opinion, it does hit all the right buttons. You are made to feel special, everything from dropping the ceremonial coin into the slot, to seeing your car descend from its lofty spot, to be placed literally at your feet is an experience. And that has been it so far. I know the recommended thing is to have your car be checked out by a mechanic before you purchase it, but Caravana appears to have a sheen of trustworthiness. Also, they offer the opportunity to return the vehicle within a week of first taking receipt of it, so you have that opportunity to have it checked out. Overall, it was a great car purchasing experience and I will certainly do it again if given the opportunity. More

Will was great! The whole process was super simple and carvana barely even did an inspection on the vehicle. Carvana was great. I was looking for a very specific model car with certain options. After a month of searching dealers and personal ads I found it in Carvana. The staff at Carvana we’re very helpful an model car with certain options. After a month of searching dealers and personal ads I found it in Carvana. There was a small scratch in the rear bumper that wasn’t in the photo but Carvana took pictures and I’m in the process of getting it repaired. I also traded in a vehicle. They picked it up when they dropped off my new car. I have no complaints. More

Now I can go on and on about the friendly customer service and mind you I was a pain on the phone cause I just couldn’t believe how easy the process was from the time I said yes to purchase online to myself seeing that CARVANA flatbed truck pulling up to my house..... Carvana has excellent customer service and provides real professionalism in buying a pre-owned car/SUV. I am particularly pleased with Maria Castro who located the exact car in 45 seconds and completed the sale in about 5 minutes. The rest of the process was seamless from delivery to followup. I was in the equipment rental and sales business as well as manufacturing, buying several hundred vehicles from cars... to SUV's,,, to all sizes of trucks over an almost 50-year business career. This was the best buying experience I have had ever. More
