Delivery is a part of the products and services you provide and more care should be taken to ensure the safe delivery of vehicles your potential customers are paying for. There should also be a checklist for both customer and driver to sign so there is proof of damage observed prior to purchase and after delivery, just as you would with a rental car. Aside from that, Customer Advocates were professional and the entire process was fairly seamless. I will be a repeat customer based on this experience. More

I was very pleased with the car I got and the value I got from the trade in. My only complaints are that the car was delivered via someone driving it to my house vs being towed to my house so it added a few from the trade in. My main complaint is that the car wasn’t very clean when I got it. I realize this must be a strategy to keep costs down, but I wish getting the car came with that same clean and fresh smell that you get at a traditional dealer. More

I love the no pressure feel of buying a car online. I went thru 3 different stages before I found my perfect car. The monthly payments were too high on the first set of cars. The second set of cars weren went thru 3 different stages before I found my perfect car. The monthly payments were too high on the first set of cars. If I had gone to a dealership I would have left with a car payment that was too high. If the payment wasn’t too high then I would’ve have purchased a car that I could afford but really didn’t like. I’ve never left a dealership feeling like I won. I always felt like I got played. I would give Carvana 5 stars but my car was not cleaned properly. There was streaks of dirt on the outside. The inside had dirt on all the hotspots: steering wheel and door handle. The floor had debris and dust was everywhere. After I purchased the car I took it to the car wash. The amount of dirt I wiped of the inside of the car was disgusting. More
