They never gave me anything but LIES!!! I have emails stating I WILL be receiving a return. I confirmed MULTIPLE times BEFORE receiving my vehicle that plates would be transfered and was always told yes!! IF they would of said no, I would of went to dmv myself and registered for NO COST. But since I took CARVANAS WORD for it, I am screwed out of over $400!! Not acceptable!! I have wasted hours and hours of my time talking to your staff. Sometimes I get told “refund is being processed when quarterly report goes out!” Just to call after and get told “no refund!” NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!! Only appropriate resolution is to give me my money that wa shaken from me!!! Let me know when that is done!!! You have my info.
