A completely dissatisfied and pissed off customer I would never buy from Carvana again, and would almost prefer to return the car at this point (even though we love it) rather than to continue to deal I would never buy from Carvana again, and would almost prefer to return the car at this point (even though we love it) rather than to continue to deal with this company. The buying process itself was painful -- lots of unnecessary deadlines -- but nothing compared to the process afterwards. I bought an electric car and it arrived with a charger that was both the wrong one for the car and malfunctioning. It has been a ridiculous headache to try to get Carvana to send the proper charger, and in the meantime the car is basically useless. I have sent pictures documenting the the charger is from a different vehicle, and now Carvana basically is demanding I take a day off or work to go to a dealership to have them document that a charger that was not made by their company does not function correctly. I've already spent endless hours on the phone with Carvana and am beyond fed up with their run arounds. Do yourself a favor and stick to dealerships -- at least they have to look you in the eye as they try to screw you over. More

After two times of delivery which took two weeks, they canceled the order. They said they found a flaw in the car while being delivered, so they couldn't sell it. So, I ordered another car and it was delivered on time, but the next day I received the car the engine didn't start. The car had issues on its brake light as well as on the battery. I took the car to a mechanic and I wasn't able to use it for three days. The repair cost was all reimbursed anyway, but my first one month experience with Carvana wasn't good at all. When Carvana canceled my first order, I heard I would be compensated for the delay. I haven't heard anything about this compensation at all. The car is in good condition now. More

Delayed Shipping For the most part, everyone was very helpful and easy to work with. However, there were multiple delays on the shipment of the car to my house that made some large inconveniences for myself. Carvana did about nothing to help and still charged full shipping despite the delays that led to multiple days of ubering to work, stores, etc. Once the car was finally shipped to my house it was an easy process of unloading and signing the paperwork. The process couldn't have been more painless. I've went to a normal dealership before and it's the usual process - sit for hours and wait for a decision. I just had to pick the car I wanted, and go from there. The only hassle was my bank not being able to be accepted so I had to go to my wife's bank and get a cashier's check. When I got the car, it was amazing. Short and simple. The driver explained that there was a recall, and there was a current issue with the trunk hinge. I loved that he was so friendly and courteous. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a car that doesn't want the pain and hassle of a normal dealership. More
Way faster than a dealer! I loved having the car come to us and not paying any dealer fee's! Because of that the car we got was cheaper than going to a dealer and much much faster!!! The delivery guy was really professional and friendly and I loved our 7 day return policy but didn't use it. The car itself was a little over priced but it had 4 brand new tires and new brakes so I can't complain too much since that expense is not very cheap. Something I didn't like was that you cannot negotiate at all, but without the dealer fee's it turned out to be cheaper and cut my time in at least half. I would consider using again if I found the right car. I do think they need to work on their search engine and the pictures. More
