I was so skeptical when I received the Carvana offer as it was on average of (literally) $3,000 higher than all the other buyers were offering me. I was selling my Moms car as a favor and totally burned out on talking to potential buyers. When the Carvana representative called me I almost missed the opportunity. She (Trish) was so professional and persistent that when I ended the phone call early (sorry Trish) she simply called back and left me a message with the amount of the offer and followed up with a text. I was amazed at the offer and couldn’t believe it to be the “real deal”. After numerous calls checking the details of the transaction, I had to give it a shot. In the end it was so simple and painless...still hard for me to believe. We got everything we hoped for ... exactly what was offered full price as quoted by Carvana. I actually offered to do this testimonial to the rep (Trish) before we completed the transaction. I said if this actually works, and it’s the real deal I’m buying you a gift card and writing a testimonial. (Gift card on the way). It’s the real deal! Ken Belnap More
Be very careful buying a car here. Immediately get an inspection done. My oil was not changed and cabin air filter was dirty. Had to jump through all kinds of hoops to have Carvana reimburse me for the o inspection done. My oil was not changed and cabin air filter was dirty. Had to jump through all kinds of hoops to have Carvana reimburse me for the oil change, including submitting actual pictures of the dirty oil. My cabin air filter also needs to be replaced. I bought Mazda6 2017 with 20k miles on it. Also had battery issues. Please if you buy a car from them, get it inspected immediately after delivery. Carvana wasn’t very receptive to helping me with the issues. I was even told that the oil was changed so there is some really shady stuff going on with these inspections. I had one employee named Alex who was actually helpful but others were not nearly as helpful. More
My purchase was great. Very fast and professional unfortunately the vehicle I purchased has problems with the heat. It won't blow and I want to keep the car it's been in the shop 2 days after I came unfortunately the vehicle I purchased has problems with the heat. It won't blow and I want to keep the car it's been in the shop 2 days after I came and picked it up so I haven't been able to even drive it yet I had to replace the blower motor fuses electrical wires and some more stuff and the warrenty that carvana has jeep won't accept I have to pay 1000 out of pocket to cover the repairs for my brand new vehicle. I should be reimbursed for this but still major inconvenience especially when my delivery was delayed bc of damages to the vehicle. More

Buying from caravana was so freaking easy. While looking at cars, they are very clear as to if there are any imperfections with the vehicle (Things that I would never have even noticed like a small scratch by the front bumper). They make sure to show these to you and to have clear photos of every single angle of the vehicle, so when you receive it, it's exactly what you're expecting - And it most certainly was! The delivery driver, Nick, was also fantastic to work with. He was friendly, professional, and personable, and I was very impressed to have received a handwritten note from him thanking me for my purchase. I cannot say enough good things about my experience here, I am in love with my car and have recommended this business to literally everyone I talk to!
