EVERYONE I have dealt with has been so very helpful and caring. I am very limited when it comes to computer skills and the Carvana staff took the time to guide me thru the process, Their patience with me was AMAZING. They took the time to follow up with me and kept me informed as every step of the process was completed. The day of delivery was AMAZING it was scheduled for a 10 am delivery and at 9:45am the delivery driver called and informed he would be there in 15 minutes and he was. The driver unloaded the car (much to the delight of the kids in the neighborhood) and he explained EVERY detail on the car and how it worked and I took it for a test drive. I could not get the neighbors to believe that it was a used car as it looked AMAZING. Carvana staff called me that afternoon to see how everything was and remind me that if I wanted to return the car for any reason during the 7 day test period it would be no problem. I have done nothing but talk about how AMAZING the process was and have friends and co-workers on line looking at Carvana cars. The only regret I have is that I never got to see the Carvana vending machine............ More

Items that should have been completed prior to delivery. 1. State of Colorado Emissions inspection. 2. Driver side dome/map light should have been replaced. (OUT) 3. Excellent service and was very accommodating. I have sold many of my used vehicles before to dealerships and on my own with craigslist and this by far was the most pai and was very accommodating. I have sold many of my used vehicles before to dealerships and on my own with craigslist and this by far was the most painless process I have dealt with to date. Jan was awesome and reached out to me with an offer that was very fair. No need to haggle or any back and forth. We got a great price for the vehicle and the inspection and drop off took almost no time. Jan continued to reach out during each step to ensure everything was running smoothly and that there were no issues along the way. Everything went smooth overall. My only complaint is that it was dirty when it arrived. Sticky soda spills in the cup holders ect. Looks like it was just surfaced cleaned. In just a few minutes, he came back with a solid offer ($2K more than what the dealer offered on trade-in) and said to keep them in mind if I didn't have any luck selling private party. I really appreciated the no pressure approach. Before accepting, I solicited offers from a few competitors, but none were close. I kept thinking there had to be some mistake with their offer that would be realized when they came to look at the car, but nope. They said, "looks great, here's your check." All in all, it was a very smooth process and I'll definitely keep them in mind next time I'm selling (or buying) a car. More
