This purchase of a high quality vehicle went flawlessly. Who would have thought that purchasing a high quality vehicle over the internet would be so rewarding an experience? The paperwork and auto loan were handled on the Caravan site quickly, and the vehicle was delivered exactly as promised. The very low milage1986 Buick Enclave we selected came looking like a brand new car, in and out. The detailers and sellers did a great job, and the delivery employee provided us with all the vehicle’s ownership and maintenance history. We took it on an 80 mile test trip the next day, in the rain, and the vehicle performed very well. A pleasure to drive, and simply reinforced our feelings with facts, that we made a good choice. Everything was done online from the comfort of my home and there was no dreaded feeling of having to haggle with a salesman. When the time came to meet a real person, it was unbelievably easy and with absolutely no stress, wow. This is the way buying a vehicle should be, easy. But the 7-day full-refund return guarantee (minus delivery to local store) reassured me so decided to give it a try. It was the easiest and fastest car buying experience I've ever had. After choosing the car, it took about 30 minutes online to close the deal. Great choice of cars and very competitive prices. On their final inspection, they found a cracked side window, and they called me and fixed it (no charge), so delivery was delayed by a couple of days, but I didn't mind. Everyone at Carvana was very nice, and you could tell they go out of their way to make my experience a good one. Would definitely buy from them again. More

Unless you are part of the in network delivery not worth buying from. Not counting holidays, still almost took a month to get the car. Plus after having it for only a couple days, I received an email sta buying from. Not counting holidays, still almost took a month to get the car. Plus after having it for only a couple days, I received an email stating my first payment was due. Hadn't even finished the 7 day trial to see if we wanted to keep the car and this company wanted the first payment. Such a hassle I do not recommend them. More
