Great experience with some caveats! Let me say first off that Carvana's customer service experience is second to none. Their representatives are very well trained, very positive, can-do folks who will try to help you solve problems. At every step of the way, I felt like they had my back. It was also easy to understand them as it appears they hire representatives within the U.S. (I have a hard time hearing so this is a big deal to me). We purchased our first car from Carvana a few weeks ago. During the inspection, we noticed one of the headlights was fogged but Carvana said they would pay to fix it. The car was manual shift so we knew it would be a risk to give our daughter but felt comfortable with the 7-day return policy. Car given to daughter on Christmas and learned that manual shift wouldn't work. I called Carvana the next day and they were on it to help us find another vehicle, no questions asked. The new vehicle we wanted became unavailable but the representative kept helping me out to find another vehicle. After about 40 minutes, checked the vehicle availability again and somebody had let the sale go: we were able to snag the vehicle. Wahoo! The vehicle was delivered within a week. As we inspected the new vehicle, we realized the hood couldn't pop open because the release was broken. We allowed the advocate to leave the car with us and we would get the hood fixed through Carvana's warranty program (I made sure we'd be off hook for any $ before letting them release car to us by getting it in writing). The next day, I took car to local Mini Dealership and they fixed the hood through Carvana's warranty program. No problems there. I then took the car to my mechanic to have an allover inspection. My mechanic found some rust (to be expected, came from Virginia: salt on roads, etc.), some numbered parts which was indicative of junkyard parts, also thought maybe in a minor accident (not on Carfax report) due to some repainting; and majorly, saw coolant all over bottom of engine. I took the car back to the dealer next day and they did verify there was a leak in the thermostat housing unit and fixed once again via Carvana's warranty program. Both of these fixes were approved quickly and satisfactorily but at the expense of my time and inconvenience. All this to say: I wonder if Carvana actually performed a 150-point check on the vehicle that had an inoperable hood and a major leak in the engine. My suggestion to all buyers: have your mechanic look at your vehicle as soon as possible within the 7-day return window. More

The delivery experience was excellent. Even the warranty company was easy to work with, as I had a concern about the condition of the brakes. They set me up with a brand new set of rotors and brakes and the mechanic of my choice at zero cost. So my experience was excellent. And that was all within the first 5 days. They even left a gift bag in the car full of goodies because my birthday was coming up. Very thoughtful touches. I’d certainly recommend Carvana. More

THE ROAD SO FAR I did not expect it to be this easy ever. Simple. Efficient. Effective. In a word I am Happy!!! 25mins online then 35 min to get the car and done.
