I wasn’t going to reach out to dealers because common wisdom is that you can sell your car at a higher price through a private sale, but I was wrong. Not only did Carvana offer to buy my car well above what I was asking, but they did it in record time, with no haggling or extended checks of my car. Andrew and I settled on a price over the phone in around 10 minutes and when Raymond showed up at my home to take my car away, he explained the paperwork and handed me a check in under half an hour, amazing! If you are considering selling your car, definitely get in touch with Carvana, they’re great! Thanks, guys! More
I'm actually pretty irritated and frustrated with the experience I've had using Carvana. Some parts were nice and conveniently but overall I'm not really leaving as a satisfied customer. I had a delivery date for the first car I chose and it wasn't even ready for me to have it at the promised time. If they looked the car over and it passed its million point inspection then why after it was posted as everything "good", did it need to go to a shop after the fact?? Then the car was taken to a shop and left there for 5 days before it was decided the shop couldn't fix it and it needed to be sent to a different shop?? At that point I decided to select another vehicle because my lease on my current vehicle is up soon and I needed something quickly. Again, after choosing a 2nd car they messaged me on the promised date of delivery one hour before arrival. They have a flatbed truck out of commission. So they can either Uber me out 30 mins to the vending station or reschedule delivery. I accepted the Uber to try to be helpful and understanding and to just pick up the car. After I get there, we are signing the paperwork, the salesperson tells me- "oh by the way the turn signal light is out." After I'd just taken an Uber out to get the car. So now on my time I have to take it somewhere to get fixed and wasn't even notified beforehand that there was an issue, as little a fix as it may be. It's just frustrating that this wasn't already taken care of nor was I informed in advance. After 7 days of having the car, there are now 2 turn signal lights out. Also, the back rear passenger tire is flat and there's a random "emergency slime fix a flat kit" in the trunk. Sort of suspicious. Makes me wonder how well they are really inspecting these vehicles before saying how great everything is. And why are you posting they are all good, nothing is wrong, and they are ready for delivery when really they have issues that need fixed?? They will cover the costs but I have to go through a whole claims process which we all know is usually a pain. Anyways, not having to deal with car salesman was nice. Knowing the cost and amount and being able to filter by payment amount etc was really a nice feature. Shopping online WAS very convenient but I just get the feeling that they are more shady behind the scenes than consumers realize. More

I ended up choosing a very low mileage car and clicked the "buy" button. 2 days later the car was in front of me in my driveway. The car was unbelievably clean, and met ALL of my expectations. The 7 day test drive was just icing on the cake. Carvana made this experience the BEST car buying experience I have EVER had. I will visit Carvana for all of my car needs in the future... You have a customer for life. GOOD JOB and THANKS!!! More

Carvana, is everything and more than what the tv commercials says. It was the one of the easiest things that we have ever done. Terrible Will never buy a car from Carvana Oregon car was damaged on delivery from the delivery driver getting it off the flatbed then when I got home notice multiple problems with the vehicle one of my main damaged on delivery from the delivery driver getting it off the flatbed then when I got home notice multiple problems with the vehicle one of my main big problems with the vehicle is the fuel pump it is so loud inside and outside the car and usually that a sign of a bad fuel pump or fuel pump already getting ready to go and they did not replace it I am notAnd I still do not have my registration on the vehicle that I bought in Massachusetts you need to registration within seven days or else you cannot drive it so now I cannot even drive the vehicle that I purchased because I do not have the registration it’s been over seven days I would never recommend Carvana to anyone Worst car buying experience I ever had I will never buy a car from them ever again very disappointed customer More

I was really open to the idea to find my car on Carvana. Well, I did! We started the process to pick it up which meant driving 6 hours away because that was the closest location for us. One day before they called me to say they wouldn’t have the car available until 4 days later. So, I had to reschedule another 6 hour drive, plus make reservations for new hotel, and keep the car that we didn’t have ensured. One more time, one day before the pickup day, we got another call to let us know they couldn’t find the car AND they think it was stolen. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THIS HAPPENED! But I have no car plus I’ve spent money for a car I won’t even get. This has been a pretty stressful and unprofessional experience for me and my husband. At this point I would rather deal with a dealership and see a tangible car. More
The experience was great seeing the car came down from the vending machine, putting the coin in the slot. My mileage was more, then stated, and the car was not detailed.
