I ordered my car at 8:30 pm and was approved for financing the next morning at 8am Carvana promises a 24 hour delivery on their website which was fitting for me as I totaled my car and had no time t financing the next morning at 8am Carvana promises a 24 hour delivery on their website which was fitting for me as I totaled my car and had no time to go to the dealership to get a new one and needed a car ASAP to my frustration 11 days later and still no car. I have had the delivery rescheduled 4 times now. They had to repair the car and it was delayed twice because of that. I understood that reason however now I am getting a run around with no delivery date or time given to me. I had to take off work due to no means of transportation and prior to that I had a rental car which I had to pay for that I turned in because the car was supposed to be delivered on Sunday. Not happy at all, so far this process was supposed to be easy and seamless, it seems the delivery department is unorganized and does not care that they dropped the ball on picking the car up Saturday from the dealership service department when everyone knows that dealership service departments are closed on Sundays. More
Well, I didn't have the ideal car experience. My vehicle delivery got changed multiple times due to a broke trim piece. When I finally did get my vehicle. I had to call and have them repair it the correct way. My temp tag wasn't even for my vehicle and had to have a replacement sent. I can say that the customer service is great. The people are super nice and did there best to get me my vehicle. I would recommend Carvana to friends and family. I just feel that I happen to be the one case that didn't go as planned. More
