Honestly xxxx this place. I ordered a car from here for a price that was a little more than what I would have spent buying it from a private seller, however I ordered it. I waited a week and the day before i price that was a little more than what I would have spent buying it from a private seller, however I ordered it. I waited a week and the day before it was supposed to be delivered I got a call and they basically told me that the car was damaged in the shipment and that they weren’t going to do anything about it. I was so excited for this car and that I was going to get it before going back to school but they xxxxed me over. I don’t recommend this place for anyone bc if they don’t even care enough to safely transport the car when I was going to pay more than what the xxxxing car was worth. I will not be buying from them anymore and I hope this saves some people from the trouble as well. More

I am so happy I decided on Carvana to buy my car. It was an easy experience, so easy in fact that it was truly unbelievable. It honestly feels like your making any online purchase. Registration Nightmare I used Carvana at the beginning of November to purchase a car prior to a cross country move I had planned (currently live in NJ moving to UT). I adher I used Carvana at the beginning of November to purchase a car prior to a cross country move I had planned (currently live in NJ moving to UT). I adhered to their 45 day timeline and purchased my vehicle 49 days before my move date. The purchase and pickup was seamless. I was in and out of their vending location within 20 minutes which is incredible. I bragged about the purchase to all my friends and coworkers! Then.... it came to registration. Exactly 7 days after picking up the car, my registration status was flipped to "Submitted to DMV". Perfect! On 12/23, after not hearing from them since November, I called to inquire on my registration status. Well, come to find out it was held up due to a missing document. But no fear, I was told that I could go to the DMV to get them to sign the form, overnight the form to Carvana, and my vehicle would still be registered prior to my move. At this point, however, I would be a few days without my car since my temporary tags expire on 12/29 and they are unable to renew them. Oh well, I can live with that. The next morning, on Christmas Eve, I arrive at the local DMV to get the requested form filled out. After waiting for over 3 hours and talking with 2 associates and a supervisor, they refuse to fill out the form - stating there is nothing on it which requires their signature. At this point, I am confident the DMV is wrong (past experiences I suppose), but I call Carvana and inform them of the situation. After about 20 minutes on hold, I'm told that it was Carvana's mistake and that the DMV was correct. Carvana would fill out the form and submit the registration that day. Great, so I wasted my Christmas Eve morning at the DMV, but maybe this nightmare is finally over. On 12/27 I called Carvana again the inquire about the registration status. Keep in mind, my temp tags expire 12/29 and I am moving on 1/3. At this point, I'm told the registration is processing, but that there is little hope of it being completed before my move. The only "advice" I receive is the bring a copy of my purchase agreement during the trip in hopes it deters any cops from giving me a ticket. No additional assistance is offered. As it stands currently, I will begin a 5 day cross-country move on Friday with an expired temporary plate. Here's hoping I don't get too many tickets on the way. More

Great Way to Buy a Car in your PJ's!! This a great and easy way to purchase a vehicle compared to visiting a dealership. No hassle/no stress, completed the purchase while relaxing at home This a great and easy way to purchase a vehicle compared to visiting a dealership. No hassle/no stress, completed the purchase while relaxing at home while in my PJ's. No arguments with rude dealership personal over price/payments and having to waste your whole day.This was truly a great experience and would recommend Carvana to everyone. Everything worked out in the end, love the car and order process, my only two complaints: 1) The car was supposed to be delivered, was called the morning of the delivery and advised that I would need to pickup the vehicle instead due to a transport vehicle shortage. The friendly staff (Melissa) at the Ontario, CA Carvana did set up an Uber to get me to the dealership, this was acceptable however would have really liked the delivery instead but have to say that seeing the vending machine was a great experience. 2) The Car had a chip in the paint on the door edge that was not visible in the online pictures and I did not notice it until I got home. I had to purchase some touch up paint for $20 to cover it up. More
