Best Car-Buying Process EVER! The only thing that could top this would be winning a supercar or having enough money to outright buy an expensive classic, something along those line The only thing that could top this would be winning a supercar or having enough money to outright buy an expensive classic, something along those lines. I was going to go to a local dealer to look at a couple of vehicles that interested me. In the meantime, I decided to check out the Carvana site to see what they were selling. After entering the necessary personal details, I was very impressed to see the initial calculation of pricing, interest rate, down payment and estimated monthly payment before I even looked at any of the cars. Then the site showed all of the cars that I could potentially buy given those parameters. Like many people, my credit is far from excellent, so I didn't expect to be able to buy a car. I found a vehicle on the Carvana site that was the same make and model as the one that I was going to check out at the local dealer. I just picked that one and went through the process needed to see if I would be approved. The only issue that I encountered was having to upload pics of my driver's license until I simply uploaded the raw pics from my phone (instead of cropping and compressing them to make the photos look nicer). Other than that, the whole process of entering one's information, selecting a warranty plan, etc. was simple, direct and painless. And we all know that dealership paperwork and processes are typically horrible. I had several phone conversations with various people throughout the entire process, from the initial customer service people to the delivery driver. One time I had an urgent question after hours (I believe that it was around 9pm Central). Each conversation was professional, personal and they all handled everything perfectly, even the time I called after hours. And the delivery driver was awesome! My car came with a full tank of gas (yay!!) and was very clean inside and out, even after being on the open carrier. And the paperwork packet did have the $50 gift card in it, plus Carvana also emailed me a $20 credit to use at their gear shop (I ordered the coffee tumbler set which is supposed to arrive today). In short, the entire experience with Carvana was simply wonderful. More

Another Great Carvana Experience! My wife and I bought a car in late 2018 from Carvana and had a great experience which led to us buying another vehicle from them in December of 2019. The process online and at the "vending machine" in Katy, TX was seamless, smooth, and everyone we dealt with has been professional and friendly. The car we recently purchased was making a noise when it went over 60MPH on the way home, and we did find that the splash guard on the undercarriage had come detached and was resulting in the noise. We took the car to our local Hyundai service drive and they worked with Carvana to have the car fixed at no cost to us. No other issues with either vehicle. If things don't change, we are likely Carvana customers for life! While some of the cars are more expensive than I'd be willing to pay for their age/mileage, you can find good deals and I'm willing to pay a little bit more than the average dealer for a great and painless experience. So buying a car online seemed like a great thing to do. And hey, if you don’t like the car you have 7 days to return it. Nothing to lose. And I price and feature shopped across all other options. Felt Carvana had a lot to choose from with great prices. And I love that they include the original sticker on the site so you can see exactly what equipment is on the car. Game changer for me. The car was in even better condition than I imagined it would. Really like new. So an overall good experience for me. More

It was also a Christmas present for my husband and everyone was super helpful at ensuring it stayed a surprise, even changing the delivery location at the last minute when he got home early. Everything went perfectly and carvana helped make it a perfect Christmas surprise. I don’t ever plan to buy a car from anyone other than Carvana in the future! More
