TERRIBLE SERVICE-FROM START TO FINISH I had a few minutes to see the ABUNDANCE of positive reviews on the site, and honestly am finding all these 5 star ratings "Too good" to be true. Its I had a few minutes to see the ABUNDANCE of positive reviews on the site, and honestly am finding all these 5 star ratings "Too good" to be true. Its almost apparent they are fake, and paid for. My car arrives after 14 days of "Shipping". (In October) With two flat tires. Just dropped off, no delivery whatsoever. Since it too such a long time to ship, my 7 day test drive had expired. After informing the staff several times about this issue, no one corrected the 7 day timeframe to my knowledge, nor offered to correct the two flat tires I sent pictures of. Then, withheld my temporary plates for 14 days, (which would not allow any testdrive of the car whatsoever) because they "Lost my paperwork". After re-submitting the paperwork at least 3 times, they finally released my temporary plates so I could test drive, only to then refuse any repairs to the car. I was able to drive the car for two weeks, until those temporary plates ran out---Only to be told I would need to just wait on the actual plates to arrive. WELL----It has been 4 months! 4 months of constant phone calls, chats, and constant request to expedite this. Carvana graciously offered to reserve me a rental car at a location over 4 hours away! (After requesting them to relocate reservation, I was denied) After arriving to the rental car location, they didnt have my reservation information from carvana properly, and would not supply a car. So I drove home---another 4 hours with no car. They then offered $250---as I have been out a car I paid for for over 4 months. Thanks carvana. More

I had never considered it because I have always bought new ca A co-worker mentioned he had bought two cars from Carvana and how easy the process was. I had never considered it because I have always bought new cars. My daughter was turning 17 so I thought I would check it out. After doing some research and getting her to agree on a model she liked I went online and found the perfect car. The entire process....from initially reviewing cars to the final delivery was extremely easy and pleasant. There was no hassle or anyone trying to "upcharge" me. The delivery guys were cool and extremely knowledgeable. My daughter truly loves this car and I couldn't be happier. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. More

Easy, Friendly, Competent After doing my own research to determine which make and model of vehicle I wanted to purchase, Carvana was simple to use. I was able to keep an eye o After doing my own research to determine which make and model of vehicle I wanted to purchase, Carvana was simple to use. I was able to keep an eye on the available vehicles that matched my specifications and in as little as a couple of weeks, I found the perfect vehicle for me. The rest of the process was simple, well documented and customer service was very friendly and helpful. I had my doubts as there were several BAD review out there but I took a chance and I'm glad I did!! Their prices were either comparable or lower than any dealership within a 100 mile radius. Carvana also provides a car fax with past maintenance reports and a 150 point inspection that is available for viewing where most dealerships do NOT. Not to mention that you don't have to worry about the endless hours in a car dealership trying to haggle and get out the door without leaving feeling exhausted. My only criticism would be of the website. When your trying to scan for a specific vehicle and you use the drop down menu, the page refers back to the "standard" view when you switch pages. Also, after starting the purchasing process, the area for uploading different documentation is not user friendly. Even with those small inconveniences, I will definitely be purchasing from Carvana in the future. More

The most easiest and relaxed car buying experienced i ever had! The car arrived in better condition than i expected. Honestly xxxx this place. I ordered a car from here for a price that was a little more than what I would have spent buying it from a private seller, however I ordered it. I waited a week and the day before i price that was a little more than what I would have spent buying it from a private seller, however I ordered it. I waited a week and the day before it was supposed to be delivered I got a call and they basically told me that the car was damaged in the shipment and that they weren’t going to do anything about it. I was so excited for this car and that I was going to get it before going back to school but they xxxxed me over. I don’t recommend this place for anyone bc if they don’t even care enough to safely transport the car when I was going to pay more than what the xxxxing car was worth. I will not be buying from them anymore and I hope this saves some people from the trouble as well. More
