A great way to buy a new or used car! Even though the 2016 Subaru Outback that I brought using Carvana died the second day after it was delivered, I would still used Carvana again. I also Even though the 2016 Subaru Outback that I brought using Carvana died the second day after it was delivered, I would still used Carvana again. I also have and will continue to recommend Carvana to people I know who are looking for a new/used car. I suggest that an audit be conducted on whoever supposedly did the 150 point inspection. On the second day the battery died and the "needs oil light" came on. I had the car towed to a Subaru dealership, where the battery was replaced and oil change done. Sincerely, John Wilson More

No arguments with rude dealership personal over price/payments and having to waste your whole day.This was truly a great experience and would recommend Carvana to everyone. Everything worked out in the end, love the car and order process, my only two complaints: 1) The car was supposed to be delivered, was called the morning of the delivery and advised that I would need to pickup the vehicle instead due to a transport vehicle shortage. The friendly staff (Melissa) at the Ontario, CA Carvana did set up an Uber to get me to the dealership, this was acceptable however would have really liked the delivery instead but have to say that seeing the vending machine was a great experience. 2) The Car had a chip in the paint on the door edge that was not visible in the online pictures and I did not notice it until I got home. I had to purchase some touch up paint for $20 to cover it up. More
