I can't imagine a smoother automobile sales transaction than the one I just did with Carvana. I worked with Cooper, who was excellent. The only complaint that I had is that I had to submit files more than once, and the last time that it happened, I called to verify that they got the document that they needed, and two days later I got an email requesting the same document. So that is a little annoying. Also, they promised a $50 gift card that never made an appearance. But what is $50 in comparison to a new car in great shape? Other than that it was smooth sailing, and I am really pleased with how well it all went. The staff were friendly as well. I would recommend Carvana to everyone. More
Frustrating Experience with Carvana Registration Team I bought my Car from Carvana and waited for more than 45 days for my permanent registration to arrive in mail and it never did. Everytime I reached ou I bought my Car from Carvana and waited for more than 45 days for my permanent registration to arrive in mail and it never did. Everytime I reached out to Carvana customer support, there was no real answer. I was just told to wait few more days. Now my temporary registration has expired and I can't drive my car anymore. This was my first experience buying a car from online vendor and I have to say that next time I'll stick with traditional dealership to avoid the frustration and lack of customer support that I experienced with Carvana registration team. The car from Carvana was delivered dirty. It was nighttime and there was an issue with payment so I didn’t notice until the next day. I quickly realized this was serious and a regular car wash could not clean. It needed professional cleaning because a chemical and been baked on the car and was stained on the windows and body. I called Carvana 5 times only to be offered some of the cleaning fee. I then drove to the Austin Carvana to show a human person the damage. She spent a 1/2 cleaning it and then told me to go through the car was again- unfortunately it never improved. i would never have kept this car if I hadn’t sold my other one and was desperate for a car. I will never purchase from Carvana again not I will not recommend them. More

From start to finish, from answering my questions, to inquiries about the vehicles, to the actual purchase, I had a stress-free buying experience with Carvana. And the delivery and trade-in went seamlessly! I can’t imagine buying a car another way. More
