The next steps that were provided were for me, the customer to call around and basically contact the repair facility instead of you guys doing that, being that I did not cause the issue/ damage the vehicle. It’s again ridiculous to make your customer that didn’t cause any of the two main issues do all the work you guys should be doing to set up coverage and appointments for the repairs. Why should I now have to contact the repair facility when I’ve provided you all with the estimates? You have everything you need. It’s ridiculous.
