I was a frequent car shopper, buying, not leasing, about every 2-3 years. Then I found my dream car and kept it until repairs got too costly. I always looked for used late model vehicles, often with CPO warranties to keep my costs down. Circumstances led to the purchase of a CPO that was economical and reliable. But, how did I miss my A7! From start to finish, from answering my questions, to inquiries about the vehicles, to the actual purchase, I had a stress-free buying experience with Carvana. And the delivery and trade-in went seamlessly! I can’t imagine buying a car another way. More

The car from Carvana was delivered dirty. It was nighttime and there was an issue with payment so I didn’t notice until the next day. I quickly realized this was serious and a regular car wash could nighttime and there was an issue with payment so I didn’t notice until the next day. I quickly realized this was serious and a regular car wash could not clean. It needed professional cleaning because a chemical and been baked on the car and was stained on the windows and body. I called Carvana 5 times only to be offered some of the cleaning fee. I then drove to the Austin Carvana to show a human person the damage. She spent a 1/2 cleaning it and then told me to go through the car was again- unfortunately it never improved. i would never have kept this car if I hadn’t sold my other one and was desperate for a car. I will never purchase from Carvana again not I will not recommend them. More

The process to buy the car was simple and the employees are really accessible and really easy to deal with. A delivery date was set, but then pushed back which was fine. Well, that wasn’t the case. The car arrived damaged. There was a considerable amount of damage not noted on the front bumper and on the front right rim. I did notice this on delivery in which pictures were taken and reported. Carvana has been excellent in response time and covering the claim. The issue at hand is the time and effort I have to put in to get this fixed. I had to take the car to an auto body shop quickly with a 30 day window to het this fixed. Therefore I had to take time off work to get the estimate. I now have to go back to the body shop to leave my car for a week to get this repair done. Nothing has been offered by Carvana for the inconvieniences that have come my way dealing with the issues that have happened while the car was in Carvana’s possession. It has been my expense for transport to and from the body shop and Uber rides all over town. It is an expense I did not anticipate on top of purchasing the vehicle. More
