I posted my vehicle on Craigslist recently in an attempt to sell it locally. I got a call from Trish who told me she worked for Carvana, who was interested in buying my car. I gave Trish my vehicle informat to sell it locally. I got a call from Trish who told me she worked for Carvana, who was interested in buying my car. I gave Trish my vehicle information, and shortly thereafter she got back to me and told me that Carvana would buy my car for almost $1,000 over my asking price. Having been the target of online scams before, I was wary of the offer, but Trish was completely transparent explaining the process and earned my trust. Two days later, a Carvana representative came to my residence, took the vehicle for a brief test drive, cut me a check for the price Trish quoted me, and I signed over the title and said goodbye. I deposited the check with no issues and couldn’t be happier with the entire process. More

This was my first car purchase ever and let me tell you this was almost too easy and it was also fun. Overall good Really appreciate the coinvenience of conducting the entire purchase at home. From what I saw their cars are generally ~$2000 over market value but I Really appreciate the coinvenience of conducting the entire purchase at home. From what I saw their cars are generally ~$2000 over market value but I decided I was ok spending that in exchange for the time and effort they saved me by having everything online, the quality of the cars they had to choose from, and delivering the car directly to my house. My mechanic found that the car I bought had had the front bumper and condenser replaced like it been in a fender bender which Carvana didn't tell me about. Even if the accident wasn't reported I think any decent mechanic would be able to find an issue like that so I assume they deliberately didn't let me know about the accident. It was repaired properly before I bought the car so I decided I was ok with it. At the end of everything, it was really only slightly easier than buying from a dealer in person due to having to coordinate between me, Carvana, and my bank. However, Carvana's financing rates are competitive so I would recommend financing directly through them for the sake of ease. More
