Update: Carvana did reach out and I want to thank them for making this situation right. We have submitted our receipt for the plane tickets and are waiting for a check for reimbursement. Our down payment was back in our account the next day! I appreciate their accountability, which is refreshing. I hope they continue to improve the logistics issues and have no doubt, if they continue to operate with integrity that Carvana will thrive.
