Then, talking to the underwriting department on the phone couldn't have been more of a delight! After that, paper work is a breeze and BOOM, your car arrives better than expected, prettier than the pictures and they hand over the keys - it honestly took 6 and a half minutes and I was able to go back to work! Truck had 500 more miles on it at delivery My truck was delivered with approximately 500 more miles on the odometer than what was listed in my purchase contract and shown on the website. I asked the delivery man why this was the case, because the documents I signed at delivery also showed the mileage as 500 miles less than what the odometer read at delivery. The delivery man had no explanation for this other than that the paperwork all needed to match the original offer. Could someone explain why my truck had 500 more miles than contractually stated? The issue with this is that their 7 day /400 mile warranty is worthless when the truck already has 500 more miles on it at delivery (deviating from the paper work). The 100 day/4,189 mile warranty was also cut in value because of this. That said, the truck runs great and closely matches the website photos (slightly more wear on the leather driver seat than what was visible online). More

From start to finish it was very easy and pain less. What I liked most about it was how before you even started the process you knew with your credit score and down payment about how much your monthly paymen I liked most about it was how before you even started the process you knew with your credit score and down payment about how much your monthly payment would be. It gave great detail on the car and picture. Once you do pick a car they reinspect it and tell you of any marks, scratches or where that is on it. Which is nice I got a 10 year old car so I wasn't expecting perfect. It's really close though. The person that delivered the car was a very nice guy If I was going to be very picky they didn't vacuum everywhere but the places they didn't vacuum the person probably didn't even know it was there. It was a hidden compartment. The only reason I did is because I read the owners manual. I personally didn't care. The only concern/caution I would tell someone is just remember that the used car your buying may not be from the same outside environment as your area. My car was from Texas I live in the midwest. I got the car in the fall. We had a cold snap go through like 3 degrees during the day then the next day we where at 80 degrees (yes seriously the weather in the midwest does that) and my battery wasn't getting changed. Took my car to O'reillys to get alternator and the battery checked. It was just the battery. He asked if it was from a warmer climate. I said yes. He said poor thing couldn't handle it. He did check the battery life and the battery life was still good. It just couldn't handle the cold. He checked everything else and everything else was perfect. I have a coworker that is looking for a new car for his wife. He asked me a bunch of questions about my car and Carvana. His quote was "seriously all you had to fix on a 10 year vehicle was the battery. Do you know how much money I had to put into my last used vehicle....1000s. I'm so buying from them." More
