The purchase of my lightly used 2014 Volkswagen Beetle was by far the most painless and enjoyable experience buying a vehicle I’ve ever had. I found the car I was interested in with a clean history and super low miles. I went with their financing which was fairly easy and was approved in about 2 hours. I picked my car up at the Carvana “ vending machine” which was entertaining. After a quick test drive and a few minutes explaining the remaining paperwork to be signed and mailed in I was in my new car and heading home. More

I received a text from Carvana (by a super nice lady named Melissa) offering me exactly what I was asking for on my car. I uploaded a few documents online, and within 4 days I had an appointment to sell named Melissa) offering me exactly what I was asking for on my car. I walked into the office, my car was quickly inspected, I signed a few papers, I was handed a check for the amount I was offered, and then Carvana called me an Uber home. I legitimately have never left a review for a company before, but this felt like a super genuine and honest way to sell a car and I appreciate that. Thanks Melissa! More
