Great to start but bad to finish. The beginning of the purchase was wonderful. I will also say they went out of their way to ensure I was happy throughout the entire experience. My issue arose after taking delivery of my vehicle. Starts with the vehicle was painted by Carvana and they did a horrible job. Over-spray everywhere, rough paint, drip marks, etc. It was noticeable by everyone. They did pay for a full detail and correction to rectify but never should have been delivered that way. Next was a vibration at highway speeds. Took car to regular dealer and they determined the car had 4 bent wheels. How is that missed during this inspection they claim to give every car? If they drove the car over 40mph they would have felt it. It's a safety issue frankly, as the car shakes more as the speed increases. I have now been without my car for over a total of 30 days as the warranty company they provide pinches pennies and tries to send me used wheels that have been repaired. I don't expect new wheels, but bent wheels that are now "soft" and will bend again do me no good. Send me refinished wheels that have never been straightened, that's fine! Point is, the inspection before they sell a car seems like its not even done. Once you get the car, they sure wont fix it correctly and instead leave you fighting with a 3rd party that just doesn't care. This appears to be the same warranty company that supports their Carvana Care as well, so I would absolutely never consider that warranty product considering the service and penny pinching I am getting now. I have bought several cars from competitors like Carmax, and the experience was perfect. And here I am, still with no car, fighting daily for wheels for my car that sits while I make payments on it. Carvana, you do not have my support and I promise I will share that with everyone I encounter. Sorry, but you could have fixed this many times over and have chosen not to. I do not think a car with a proper paint job and one that doesn't shake down the highway is too much to ask for. Your competition surely doesn't. More

Very poor on delivery. Purchased a car 10/21. Original delivery 10/25. We changed delivery to 10 26. On 10/24 Received call they couldn't find keys to transport car so delivery moved to 10/29. On 10 27 re delivery 10/25. We changed delivery to 10 26. On 10/24 Received call they couldn't find keys to transport car so delivery moved to 10/29. On 10 27 received call car still in New York as they still hadn't found keys, car would be delivered 11/4. On 10/28 Received call they had new keys made car would be delivered on 11/2. Received call today truck car on is "delayed" in Dallas now delivery is scheduled for 11/6. If we didn't want a specific car we would go elsewhere. If you need a car in a short period of time DO NOT buy from this company. Their promise of "purchase in 4Chris and get in 4 days" is an empty promise. More

I am passed my 7 day return period, my registration plates are on the way. I lined up my financing through Capital One. There is a team at Carvana that helps make sure the car that you want is a plates are on the way. I lined up my financing through Capital One. It’s not as straight forward as it should but uts hard to tell if that is Carvana or Capital One’s fault. I also complicated things by selecting a car and proceeding to purchase before realising it was 2WD when I wanted an AWD. This caused an issue down the line as that on old was used on the purchase and loan docs (I noticed and it was changed). There was also an issue with being able to approve loan payment because you have 24hrs to do that and I was traveling. We got passed that. One real issue was that the photos of the car showed a scratch on the front bumper but in fact someone had glued a crack that ran through the whole bumper from top to bottom. I saw it and highlighted it at delivery. I have to believe it was the previous seller and that the car sitting in a pound in central California melted and exposed a poor cover up job. I followed up with Carvana and they told me to go to a body shop and get a quote with pictures etc. I did that and through their warranty company (Silversomething) the repair was approved. The shop fitted a whole new front bumper and uncovered an issue with the headlamp housing which was approved for repair on the fly. The body shop said the process was the smoothest and easiest that they had experienced. It cost $3000. Sure it was an extra hassle and it must have wiped out their profit on my sale. I could have spent less time in hold but all in all they dealt with it and stood by the sale and that I think is the important thing. I will now use then again and so it might be expensive customer acquisition but they will get their money back overtime. I will lost this in 2 other sires because Carvana deserve recognition. More

The problems that I went through was after I schedule my delivery time, two before my delivery day, I was told that my car will be delay for a week because one of their transport carriers has broken down. (It was scheduled on 10/21, I called customer service and they informed me the soonest time it can arrive at my place was 10/28) However, I was able to change the schedule date to 10/23 online when I logged into my account. Which made me very confused, then I called the customer service again on the next day and they told me that my car will be delivered on 10/23. So make sure to check your account if you can change the delivery date if yours is delayed for a long period of time. The car was described, I took it to a mechanic and did an inspection, no mechanic issue here. But the maintenance require light popped out 2 days later, which means I need to make an oil change. But the sticker on my windshield said I still have 4000 miles till the next oil change. So I call the customer and they said they can cover it, I just need to send them the receipt and they will send me a check. Overall, a very good experience, except for the delayed delivery. And I'm waiting for the check ATM. More
