I had a problem with my key fob but the problem was resolved with no expense to me. So overall I would definitely recommend my family and friends to purchase through Carvana. I got the vehicle that I have always wanted, with notes that are affordable to me. More

They have given me nothing but different excuses every time I call. Finally, my registration is going to be sent through Fed Ex within 5 to 7 business days. I have to be home to sign for it. They can’t give me a tracking number or exact date of delivery. If i’m not home to sign the registration will be sent back to Carvana and I will continue to wait. Don’t buy from Carvana!!! More
Beware this is long but worth reading…. This was the most frustrating experience my wife and I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Our old Chevy Impala finally died after 260,000 reliable This was the most frustrating experience my wife and I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Our old Chevy Impala finally died after 260,000 reliable miles getting 30 miles to the gallon. So I decided that I wanted a 2019 Chevy Volt Premier with less than 25,000 miles. I looked for months for the right vehicle. Every unit that was available ended up being sold as soon as I located it. Carvana called my wife and said they had one in Arizona that fit the bill. So she set about to make the purchase before anyone else scooped it up. An appointment was made to pick the car up in Daley City, CA. We live 45 miles south of Carson, NV. The plan was for me to drive to Daley City with a car trailer to pick it up 480 mile round trip. I arrive at the dealership an hour early to find out that the car is still in Arizona. They had sent my wife an email that Google thought was spam. When I arrived they wanted my wife’s phone number to search for the information. They could have called her like they did when they notified her that the car was available. So we make another appointment to pick the car up on a Sunday morning at 8am. We decided to both drive to get the car. Another 480 miles and a hotel stay in San Francisco. I seriously wanted this car. Near impossible to find the right one. Well guess what they don’t open until 9am. Well the good thing is we’re the first ones there. But, we have yet to have breakfast. Three hours later I am driving out of the lot and the check engine light comes on. So around the block we go and back to the dealership. Attendant calls his boss. Boss says they will get it fixed. We’re told to take it to the nearest Firestone service center to get it fixed. Okay, that’s cool there’s one 30 miles from our house no big deal. I want the car. So I take the car to the Firestone store (Tires are Us) and they pull the code. Great right? Wrong!! Service manager comes out and says they won’t repair the car because SilverRock, Carvana’s warranty company doesn’t pay there bills. So I call SilverRock and they tell me I can take to any repair facility or dealer I like to get it repaired. Cool right. Wrong!!!! So I take the car to a shop I have used in the past. They say they will have to keep the car till they get paid. That doesn’t make me feel warm and fussy. I need the car. So it’s only another 20 miles to the Chevy dealer in Carson City. They tell me the same thing. “You can have the car when the bill is paid.” I can’t afford to be without the car. So I ordered the parts and will fix it myself. But I will never EVER purchase another car from Carvana. More

Interaction was great - pretty much immediate replies to my texts. Car is as advertised, delivery was on time and they took my trade in with them. Now waiting on registration. my texts. Car is as advertised, delivery was on time and they took my trade in with them. Now waiting on registration. More
My experience has been horrible! !! I've had the car 3 months and it's given me countless issues. The vehicle had 68,000 miles and it spent one month in the shop for a transmission !!
